These folks are great. They mixed up the paint colour exactly the way we needed it and had all the rollers and trays to do the job.

Amazing service at this paint store. Came in on the weekend and after a number of attempts Kennedy was able to match my paint perfectly. Paint dried a perfect match to the original 1996 paint color. Kennedy was very patient and professional. Awesome service!!

First time I'm purchasing Dulux paint, bogo sale. Its been years since i bought paint. I found the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

DO NOT come here unless you want to wait in line indefinitely and get COMPLETELY IGNORED by the staff.We waited in line over 10 minutes just to buy a new roller. Two staff were working and completely ignored us while TALKING to customers. I understand if you’re putting orders through, but one staff was simply talking with a family that had questions and the other staff was still waiting for several paint cans to mix. The family even said for us to go ahead first, but still no one even looked at us.I would have been more understanding if either of the staff members acknowledged us in any way. We ended up leaving and going to Homehardware for a better price and MUCH faster service.Save your time and money.

Big shout out to Avrey!I called the store about 20 minutes before close today with an inquiry about purchasing paint with a colour shade from a different brand. I asked if he was able to make the paint within the next 15 minutes or if that was too late because it was close to closing but he said he would stay the few minutes later if he needed to (ended up going and picking up paint before closing time, I live close). He asked me questions I didn’t even consider when painting, which helped me choose the type of paint I needed for the space. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Really happy with the experience here. Very good paint store and I believe that the paint is Canadian made. No need to go to the big box stores. Store has reopened. Staff know their paint.

Helped us match our deck stain today. We bought a Dulux deck stain in 2014, of course colours have changed although the base was the same. The young lady worked diligently until she got it right. Unfortunately we didn't get her name. It matched perfectly! Thank you, you justified Dulux as our choice in 2021 just as in 2014!

If you want amazing customer service, this is the ONLY place to go!! Every time I call they have a solid memory of my last DIY project. I never remember the lady who takes the orders but she’s patient and very knowledgeable in everything I needed! I drive out of my way from bowmanville to come to this place!! Keep up the amazing work Dulux Whitby!!!
