Recently my wife lost her phone. It was an old phone, so we went to get her a new phone at Telus in St. Paul the customer service representative named Sadie was very courteous and helpful, and went above my expectations, helped us pick a new phone, applied screen saver while being cheerful and answering all our questions about the new phone.
