Village Orthodontics - Mississauga Square One
I had my first appointment at village Ortho recently and it was an AMAZING experience, they are very thorough and answered all my questions at my consultation, Dr. Murrell is super funny and they made me feel comfortable as I was nervous about my age (40) going for Otho treatments. The cleanliness of the clinic is impeccable and all the staff there are welcoming and super nice!

My daughter had braces for about 4 years after the braces were removed the tooth that I said was not inline started moving forward and eventually the wire that is left on permanently broke. I was originally told if it broke it would be covered, I called in and was told there is a $320 charge to fix it! Terrible after care service.

My daughter just completed treatment with Dr Gordon. We are thrilled with the results. I am a registered dental hygienist with the highest respect for Dr Gordon and her team. My daughter always felt safe and happy coming to the office during these trying times. I would highly recommend orthodontic treatment with Dr Gordon.

This is my second experience with Village Orthodontics and as always, everyone is so kind, welcoming, patient and understanding. Myla is my treatment coordinator and she was wonderful! She took the time to explain every detail of my treatment plan and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Roxy took my pictures and scanned my teeth for my Invisalign. She was so gentle and made the process as comfortable as possible. Last but not least, Dr. Doucet listened to my concerns with my smile and was sure to address each issue when putting my treatment plan together. Thank you so much Village Orthodontics! I'm happy to be back as I know my smile is in the right hands :)

Avoid Dr Murrel at all costs. He took 4 years with my child’s braces and gave her gum recession. He won’t talk to you, won’t explain anything, won’t do a thorough check up. He acts all high and mighty and it’s better you put your time, money and peace in someone else’s hands and avoid a nightmare.

Really great experience all around! Not my first time having braces, but my results were better than the orthodontist I saw the first time around, and Dr. Murrell is incredibly. Always made me feel like he cared! 10/10

It is the worst place ever.. staff are not professional at all. We had an appointment for my daughter. I took her out of school early to make the appointment time. She missed a tutor appointment as well as we ended up waiting 50 minutes to be called for a 1 minute visit. Instead of hearing an apology for running late from anyone at this clinic we got “why is she complaining, she has to wait.” I won’t be going again! Defeats the purpose to make an appointment if you have to wait an hour for service. Why bother with appointments!

Everyone is always so friendly and the appointments are easy. My daughter gets anxious about most dental appointments but whenever I tell her it’s this office she’s no longer worried. They’re great!

I began my experience with village ortho during the pandemic and I really appreciated their safety protocols but not neglecting to have patients in and out in a timely manner. It’s been 7 months so far of me having my braces on so my treatment hasn’t yet spoken for itself but the service has been good!
