Time Square Apartments - Skyline Living

Parking is a serious rip off here. We are all paying $37 /month for parking and there are not enough spots for all the tenants. Its a big hassle trying to find a spot to park and most of the time we have to park in visitors. In my opinion the parking fee they charge should be waived considering the current situation.Josh Blackwood

I've lived in many places and locations around the world. When I came to Ptbo in 1995 I ended up renting a Skyline apartment on Hunter St. E. It was the best decision I have made. The level of building care and service is exemplary, made enormously fast and easy by the staff here. Specifically I'd like to mention both Resident Managers Helen and Sheila for their terrific work and attention to problem solving; everything from providing Eco-friendly light bulbs to wear and tear repairs such as replacing worn out faucet gaskets and re-aligning cabinets doors. I am also impressed with the fact that the building is always completely quiet and that the walls are not concrete. They are drywall which makes it easy to nail or screw on pictures and other wall decor. Check out their website for locations, details and floor plans.

I had the worst experience living here, moving in the first few days were fine but after a week or so I regretted my decision to move in. The neighbors are extremely loud and play music all through the night sometimes until 5am. When I spoke to management this only made the problems worse and the music got louder and was being played every day. I must have complained 10 times each time filling out a form and sending it to the office with no resolution. In the end I moved out and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff do not care. The apartmens are completely outdated and they make you pay top dollar for it. The carpet was stained and you can tell there was mould under it and it had hard spots when you would step. There was also a hole in our wall under the heater so we're were paying more for heat since the cold was coming in from outside as well as bugs. It was the worst living experience that's why I have update my rating from a 4 (the first day I moved in) to a 1 now after moving away.

The whole team of skyline Ptbo is very professional and always ready to help you. Helen, Sheila,Tyler, Mike all made sure that we had a smooth moving-in experience. Nice and clean apartments with beautiful views. Wish the best to skyline team Ptbo.

I have lived in my Skyline building for almost two years and I have to say Helen, Claire, et al are the best team I've ever had for management/landlords! They truly care about us as tenants and our well-being. I love that this building is so pet-friendly, and that I have such lovely neighbours on my floor. I have never lived in an apartment more than a year or so, and I don't plan to leave this building anytime soon - this is where I plan to stay! The location, the people and my gorgeous apartment all make staying here an easy choice! Thanks Skyline for finally allowing me to find a place to call home!I recently had a clogged bathroom sink drain, which Tyler and Mike had sorted in NO time- these guys are SUPER! SO friendly and efficient! Tyler always has a smile on his face and says hello when you see him and Mike's the guy who knows the answer to just about every question! Thanks for being such a great team! :D

We are still in the process of moving in, however, our experience so far has been fantastic! Resident manager Chris Graham has left us with a great impression of skyline living already, and I can't for the following years to come! Thank you once again for everything, we really do appreciate everything you are doing for us!

Staffs (Helen, Tyler, Steeve, etc) are very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot with moving to a unit in the building. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to live in Peterborough.

I've lived here for two years and seen an overall improvement of service and an increase in communication. The staff are lovely and respond quickly to any concerns or problems. They've made a lot of improvements to the building including the outside facing, roof and inside walls (painting). I hope that they keep it up.This apartment building is located in East City, which is perfect for me. I'm within walking distance from downtown and the 115 is easily accessed via Ashburnham Dr. There's a small grocery store and pharmacy just down the road on Hunter St. that I use for smaller shopping trips. And I can access the Rotary Greenway Trail right next to Ashburnham Ale house, both of which are great features of East City.

I would like to recognize Mike from the Peterborough Skyline living center. He has made a notable difference with the maintenance team and instilled a confidence in the tenants that any job will be done professionally. I work nights and had a water problem during the night, I called the emergency number and Mike came right up and fixed the problem. He was also polite and pleasant while doing so, even though it was the middle of the night. He then also followed up the next day to make sure everything was running well and working. I could tell he really cares to do the best job he can and is conscious of the tenants property while doing so. The world needs more people with integrity and morals like MikeThanks
