My experience with Daniel has always been incredible. I suffer from severe foot pain and discomfort walking. I've already purchased three pairs of custom orthotics and each time, Daniel custom fits them to my shoes. Truly grateful for the consistently amazing service. I recommend Daniel and his team without reservation.

I came to the clinic regarding the pain in my feet that I was experiencing. Carlos was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. From the casting to the actual product I was very comfortable and learned a lot about my feet. Kelly was also very helpful at the front desk. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this clinic and I would highly recommend it to everyone that has any questions or concerns.

Been getting custom insoles for a while now and i only come to this location. There staff is fantastic getting you in and out. Knowledgeable about different conditions and custom to your needs. Daniel has accessed me twice already a year to two years ago and once recently. Remembers my family and their conditions too. We always recommend to our friends and family!

I rarely would ever review a place and you can check my history for confirmation but, my experience has been this poor. Have had much better service from Kintec mobility. This is purely a business and when it should be to help and inform their patients, you can tell you are just as customer. No information unless probed. You have to come with a sheet of questions ready to get any information especially on various types of Orthotics. Will be going back anywhere but here for future purchases.

I have been coming to BioPed Richmond Hill seeing Carlos for almost 3 years now. I've had feet issues - flat feet and bunions - since I was young but had in recent years been getting knee pain as well whenever I exercise. Carlos has been tending to my foot needs and am very happy with the level of service and professionalism he has given me. Not to mention his friendly personality that makes my visit even more enjoyable! Highly recommend coming here for your footcare and orthotic needs, you will not be disappointed. All the staff members are very lovely as well which is a bonus :)And yes, my knee pain has subsided ever since coming here for custom orthotics and shoes... :)
