Eager to refuse service. The lady supervisor sitting in the middle was demeaning with staff and using aggressive body language when speaking to staff in regards to client issues. As they say in French “une gang d’incompétents”. Avoid

Excellent bilingual service. Had a problem with a dealers QST paperwork on a travel trailer. They picked up the phone called the dealer and had it fixed. They gave me a pass to bypass the line to pick up my plates the next day.How does it get better than that!!

Poor quality service I was 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone finally a male answer didn’t want to share his name he had an attitude on top of that he was laughing of my questions constantly finally I ask why is he laughing and he ended up the call . I can’t believe they ask for the community to be respectful mean wile they can keep up with their members to be respectful. Didn’t got the information that I needed and waisted my time . Who correct the ones that are in control? Bad bad bad costumer service

From SAAQ website, this office is supposed to close @16:00!I went there at 3PM and was shocked to find it closed. They should either extend hours of service or ask SAAQ to update St-Eustache working opening hours

Waiting and waiting outside more than 3.5 hours..and when you get there..super slow, just 2 guichet open, rigid, like they don't want to serve you...very bad feelling going there...

They are beyond too slow at serving regular clients. There is far too much focus on dealers and commercial. It's insulting to the test of us and needs to be improved. Shouldn't take 7-10 minutes minimum between regular clients.
