Alamo Rent A Car
The desk clerk Matt was great! Everything was great until I tried to extend the reservation. The rate has changed to a outrageous value. There were no other options available at the desk. I was forced to go online and book a new one.Despite this incident, I think Alamo still a good choice, with fair rates (if you don't try to extend the period) and clean, low mileage cars.

If I could give zero stars I would. The kiosk was closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to and couldn't get my already booked rental. The manager" that was on claims he was there

Alamo Rent A Car
First they tried to give me a Yaris and argued that this is a mid-size car that I had reserved via Expedia. Then they gave me a Sentra they claimed had no damage. A quick inspection in the dark showed this car had been in a frontal collision (bumper clips missing and bumper sticking out) as well was missing a roof rail. I would avoid this location at all cost. There are better alternatives adjacent.

I would rent again from Alamo again. I got a free upgrade because I signed up to be a member and you get benefits like this. I loved driving my shiny new car for the weekend, so much fun.

The Alamo at the Saskatoon airport is great! Friendly service that goes above and beyond, great clean & new cars, and early morning key drop box available. I have rented several times from this location, and will continue to do so. The staff and management are people who realize they are dealing with other people, and they do business with a human touch.

I was satisfied with the service I received from the staff--very friendly and efficient. I needed to change my initial SUV pick when we found out it was too small for my family (we had quite a few baby stuff needed to brought with us for trip), we drove back to the rental branch and the staff facilitated the quick transfer to another standard size SUV. of course this meant some delay from our initial planned start time to be on the road...otherwise, cost was most affordable compared to all other car rental companies in the city for a similar type of SUV.

Alamo Rent A Car
I had not noticed a large scratch on the underside of the bumper when I first picked up the car. A few days later when I did see it, I called Alamo Saskatoon airport, and the agent said she recalled a similar make/model that had this damage and was waiting for repair. She apologized that it was not noted on the file, and assured me it will not impact the cost of my rental. Honesty is hard to find, and so appreciated. I used the early key drop off return option, and got an email from the company within 24 hours acknowledging that they have received the vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.
