These ladies are miserable. One employee turned away from the counter swearing under her breath" because of the customer prior asking her for information about a package. Super unprofessional.I was then helped by another employee who kept repeating herself to me condescendingly.It's your job to work with the public. If you're all so miserable doing so .. move on."

*No tape for me but others!!!*I came here today to send a parcel. But I forgot taping. So, I asked person at front and her answer is no. They can’t provide a tape for customer. Buy a tape or go back to home for taping. I don’t want to buy a tape, so I went to home just for taping. And I come back, I saw she provide a tape for another customer. What? Seriously? I don’t understand. What’s the rule is that??? Can’t provide for asian? I feel so bad.

Friendly staff at the Canada Post in Shoppers Willoughby. Love getting my mail there. Fast and efficient never usually a wait. Also good hours for my PO Box can access it 7 days a week.

They managed to screw up 3 registered mail products in a row containing legal documentation. I would fire these people.

Counter person chatted up a storm with a good, apparently long lost friend with a big lineup. This customer had 10 packages each needing to be signed and weighed with endless chit chat in between. Good on ya for having such dear friends.i suppose your catching up is impossible to do outside of business hours so glad we could all contribute our time to this meeting of souls.

The awesome lady who was working tonight (December 14, 2022) was a joy to deal with!! Best post office experience I've ever had. She was lovely.

Horrible service.My husband and I went up the counter to return a cable box that we were told to just “bring it in “. At the desk they informed us that we need a box in order to send it, so as we have a baby with us, we decided to just save the trouble of going back home to grab a box just buy the box on site.After fifteen min worth of I don’t know what is causing the delay, another lady comes over to tell my husband “you need to buy a roll of tape too and I’ve asked the previous lady, she said she already told you that.”IF she did say so then why didn’t she mention that he’s missing the tape when he was paying for the box??? So we ended up buying a small useless box and still couldn’t send the item out because of how they misinformed us and wouldn’t admit their error.

Nice staff, quick service. Located inside the Shoppers Drug Mart at the far right corner (completely opposite from where you come in). Great location for everyone living in the area as it's much closer than previously.
