Edited from 5 to 1 star. Long time customer. I’m sad to have to write this. Their service has been good. Once in a while something would get missed, or the portion was wrong but they were always more than apologetic and rectified the problem right away. Well my last order was 10 days ago and a bag was missing. I have sent 3 emails and phoned once and left a message. No one is getting back to me. Looks like I’m out of luck. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Don’t know what happened? I have ordered over 20 times from Karuna and have always been happy with the quality, price, delivery and point system. However, after placing my order today I received the first message saying they received the order, another message approximately an hour later saying the order was being packaged and delivery would be between 2-4PM. Well 4:30 came and nothing. Sent a text to both numbers, no reply. Very disappointed that is how they treat long term customers. Did something happen to them or did they just seriously drop the ball?

I have ordered from here twice. Really good customer service I like that they message you the they received your order and every step about your order after that. on my first order I messed up on the email transfer and they called me to let me know. It was great that they had other option of payments so I was able to use my debit card at my front door. The driver was super friendly product was on point definitely happy with service and product. My second order was on Black Friday I put my order in around 5pm and my order arrived Just after 9pm wow what service especially on Black Friday and only a few hours later my stuff arrives and I can pay by debit card man that is awesome super happy with product and service thank you and definitely will be a frequent flyer

First time ordering with these guys but will not be the last. Excellent quality and even better service. From the lady I spoke to on the phone to the delivery guy who dropped it off. Polite and more than happy to accommodate a time time slot that suited me which meant I wasn't hanging around all evening for my delivery. And the quality of the product is perfect. I will definitely be placing my orders with these guys everytime.

Everything used to be great, except recently their Phoenix tears looks real awkward, taste horrible, smells nasty. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from their Phoenix tears. (Or at least until they source it elsewhere)

Amazing service. Got my order in less than an hour as the nice lady said (darn, forgot her name lol).I even got a free $20 off, free delivery. Was nice to be able to pass the savings on to the delivery driver as he was clutch.Better than my current local mail order service, the quality of the weed was much better. Thank you
