I had a wonderful experience here the other day with Maxine! She was so lovely and showed me around the fabric area while we discussed my projects. She had lots of advice and encouragement which is so needed for new quilters! I left with enough fabric to start two new quilt tops in colours that I love. Thanks Maxine!

Anytime I have had to deal with these good people has been beyond my expectations, I have a Ppaff Hobbylock 787 for work and every time I get service done on it , it’s like a brand new machine again, even after been through a leaking roof and getting things dried out, it never got wet but the humidity was high. So yes I’m extremely happy.

Very helpful and friendly. Was looking for a bobbin case, spoke to sales associate and she was able to get repair shop to look at case. Very knowledgeable on machines as well and love the fact you receive a class with your machine included in purchase.

I am new to sewing. Very much a rookie. On my first stop at Johnson's they looked at my sewing machine (which I thought was broken, but turned out I was using it incorrectly) They not only taught me how to use my machine properly, they set all the dials so I wouldn't have any more problems .My second time at the shop, they stayed open a few extra minutes late so I could finish my shopping. The lady helping me was kind, informative and helped me pick great coordinating fabrics for my projects.High praises from me, a new sewing enthusiast, who can sometimes get lost and confused in the details and information.Thank you.

The gentleman and young lady in the repair area went above and beyond! I brought in my non working motor from my 30 year old Pfaff 1371 and they found an older model than mine out back, removed it's motor and compared it to mine. Since these motors aren't being made anymore this was my only option to save my favorite machine. I just installed the motor and it works like a dream. Thanks!

Wonderful and helpful staff. I bought a new machine and serger online and it was ready for pickup the next day. They also offer lessons on your new machine if needed.

What a gem of a place!!! The entire staff was lovely. Bonnie in particular was helping us and she was awesome. She ran back and forth finding me fabrics that would fit with my project. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. 10/10 I'll absolutely be back.

Hi everyone, I want to share my experience today at this place, I am I janome customer and I went last week for mechanic fix to my seger and they fixed but a few day later the some problem still and I came back for few more times because the problem still and the owner was really rude to me, because I came again this morning and him didn't let me even talk, because I pick the machine last afternoon and when I wanted to used today the sound still there, I had to ask what a service is he doing and you are the owner of this place, I found that very disappointed, because all the other people are extremely nice and polite. What bad surprise, I was planning to buy another machine but now I am having a second thought.I know you fix it, but I came back 3 times for the same problem. wasn't for a different thing as you said, and why I have Tom paid extra if was the same problem, but I hope finally after the 4 time you guys fixed properly.Thanks to all the workers thete, they are very polite and helpful people.
