I used this company last year (2022) for lawn treatment. People showed up randomly without any warning. Ignored part of my yard because I have a dog gate set up so ~1/4 of my yard was never treated. Otherwise products worked well and fine.Forward to 2023 and Nutrilawn decides to show up to my yard again and start applying treatments and leaving me invoices. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE WITH THEM THIS YEAR. I never received a phone call from an actual person, only automated advertisements by phone, ads through email, and they assumed that I will pay for their services. These auto-renewal clauses in their contracts are ridiculous. If I want service, talk to me and get my approval. Otherwise, don't do it. Called customer service to ask why I was invoiced for >$200 and she said it was my fault for not cancelling service. What a joke.

I paid online, and they came to do the job during the day without me having to worry about it

Extremely affordable, we only did the weed treatment for the past 2 years but it works so well, kills all the weeds. Will most likely upgrade services next year.

We've been customers for 3 or 4 years. Our yard is L- shaped. Every year we'd have to repeatedly request that they please treat the entire lawn and every year they'd continue to largely disregard a sizable portion of the property. We'd pay for a season's treatment in advance and receive an invoice statement per treatment, which didn't make sense to us, given that the year had already been paid. The invoice listing everything they did to just part of the yard became a periodic annoyance in its reminding of everything they didn't do to the entire yard.I've included a photo with this review of the area they would miss, all the way out to the road. Note that the property to the right is clear of weeds. They hired a different company.Eventually we switched companies and didn't renew our annual service package... or so we thought... because a few days ago there was a sign on our yard declaring they had treated it, without any invitation from us. The service rep told us it's their policy to automatically renew annual service packages despite the absence of any contract and we'd have to pay. What a remarkable business model! The last time I encountered this, it was children taking tourists' photos in Mexico and then requesting payment. As an aside, the new company contacted us to advise us they'd seen the Nutri-lawn sign on our yard and mentioned they've heard numerous complaints about this practice. What I wish Nutri-lawn understood is that I don't want a discount on poor work, I just want the work done right in the first place. Half a yard of weeds isn't better than a whole yard of weeds when you hire a weed control service. I would happily do it myself if I had access to the chemicals.I rate them 1 star because the areas they treated have far fewer dandelions than the areas they repeatedly neglected, but their workmanship and business practices are lousy.

I paid for this company’s slit seeding service plus lawn dressing - almost $700.00 worth and the results were very disappointing. After almost 4 weeks of constant watering as per instructions, not a single seed has popped and grown. This company appears to be poorly organized and run. They were late in delivering the service and communication was poor. They said they would be out on a Monday and showed up Thursday. No watering instructions were left so I had to contact them. They sent an email that said to water for 45 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon, and 30 minutes in the evening. Which is what I did. Then 5 days later, I received an email from them stating that they just did our lawn (clearly wrong) and to water it 1” a day. Which I then did. After 11 days, still no sprouting.I called them and they said to wait because it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the seeds to grow.In my many years of seeding I found seeds will sprout in 6 to 7 days not 2 to 3 weeks.Don’t risk dealing with this company - very unprofessional.

I used this company last year. Their products don't work well, they missed spots in my yard but the worst part is that now this year I am receiving non stop spam robo calls staying I have an appointment the next day when I don't. It is an unacceptable ploy to get me to reach out to them again so they can try and sell me their poor quality service again. Everyday I get the robo calls. Do not use this company, this will happen to you!

I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism from management all the way down to the team that does the work. We had an experience with one technician who left my wife feeling very uncomfortable and I called and had requested for nobody else to show up however they insisted I send them video or image to corroborate my story. They ended up still coming back to my house 2 days later and mentioned they did so because I didn't send in footage.I honestly could go on but I've wasted enough of my time with no real apology or resolution offered from this company.I have also seen zero improvement from the work that was done.Very disappointed.

They always show up when they say they will. They're very efficient and the products they use work. Pricing is very competitive . As long as a company does what it says it's going to do for a fair price, I will always be their customer.

5 weeks and counting and service paid for still has not been completed. Horrible communication. Do not recommend! Look else where, especially if you live 10 minutes out of Winnipeg. Perhaps there service is better in the city and they shouldn't be accepting rural jobs.

Service and communication has been great as always. Only time will tell if my yard is happy again. Fertilizer and weed control this year.
