Sparkle Car Wash

First cc machine didn't work, 2nd machine worked. Garbage can blew into bay in front of the vehicle while blower in drying cycle so I couldn't get out of the vehicle to move it until the blower turned off so I lost the dry/blower cycle and tried calling the phone number for assistance and no answer. Time to find a new carwash I think.

Went to sparkle today and used the auto wash bay. Spray nozzles at window level were not working all other functions seemed fine. When the wash was complete there was still lots of soap on the truck so went to thwand bay to rinse. When done, I went to notify staff of the issue but didn’t seem to care just stared at me and wouldn’t engage. I wasn’t looking for any money or a free wash just to notify them about the issue. They didn’t care and just went back to the office and said nothing. Customer service was very poor. Luckily you don’t go to a car wash for customer service. I won’t return as maintenance doesn’t seem important to them. Too bad it’s pretty close to home. The new Co-op wash bay on Mckenney is fantastic.

Quick auto wasshing does a pretty good job, but not 100% if you want to use the bays and do a hand wash that is better typ.

First time washing my truck here. Prices seemed comparable to other touchless car wash. 4 options VS 3 at other places.Payment booth didn't work the first time... Will look into my credit card statement if payment went twice.Got the ultimate package and after completion, I inspected the truck and all panels were still very dirty (picture bellow). Stopped to talk to the manager and he made me go a second time using his own card. Second round could not clean my panels. Manager offered to clean it inside but I simply requested a refund and he gave me 14$ no questions asked.Point to improve would be their dryer. The second the wash is complete, the dryers are on and the counter starts. You loose 4 to 10 second before you can drive to it. Then the blowers stops when the counter is still at 5 sec.Overall, quality wash was not met. Service was very helpful. Payment and dryer could be improved.

One of the cleanest self car washes around. $10 goes a long way to soap, brush, rinse and spray wax the van. Has all the features you need.

After spending hundreds of dollars at this car wash over the years, I had a bad experience today in the auto wash. There was a thin layer of dirt all over the truck, and the mirrors were brutal. Usually when I go through my truck comes out pristine, but today it looked like the attached photos. I asked the manager if I could go through again and he said no because it was clean, and then started rubbing the dirty areas on the body with his fingers, grinding dirt into the paint. He didn’t let me go through again, and also refused to give me a refund. This place was good, but after this experience it’s over.

This place has gone downhill. Dark and dingy. In the past i was able to soap and rinse by suv with $4. They dialed down the time. Spend $8 to quickly spray and rinse my vehicle. This car wash is looking very tired

What’s the secret to a good car wash? Hot water. Was wondering why this car wash was so quiet. I was thinking this as I was washing my car. Car wash had nice hot water during the wash/soap cycle but then came to the rinse and I got nothing but cold water. This made for a bad wash. Hard to get soap off a cold vehicle with cold water.

Great for a basic touch less car wash. Average price ($12-$15). The only critique I have is that the fans at the end either are not strong enough or just don’t hit the entire vehicle because it really didn’t do a great job of drying off the car. Not a major deal. Still would go again. Especially if you drive a beater or older car like me.

Great place, I love to go here and wash my cars, I always use the self service and do it myself.I start with a prewash then soap it up and scrub it down with the brush, then rinse it off.They also have a handheld air blower to dry it too.
