Update : Shady business practices, and unauthorized service and charges.After receiving a passive aggressive voicemail after my first review, this somehow made my impression worse. The $6 of charges were due to an authorized windshield fluid top-up that Budget never told me about. I came in for an oil change and was never notified that the package" I was getting would include fluid top-ups

Very prompt work. Alvin was very responsive when I was enquiring about my cars brake fluid flush. He immediately took it in and it was done on time. Would recommend this place anytime.

As always, Alvin & the team solved all my repair problems promptly, even staying open later so I could get my car back the same day. I also got a car wash from them and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it that clean in years. 10/10 service

The team was amazing. When i called with a problem with my abs, they got me in right away, and completed the diagnosis. It was determined the front axis had an issued, the team was able to fix all of the problems and have my car ready in 3 hours. I would highly recommend this team and will return

I cannot say enough good things about Alvin and the team at BB&M. There was parts supplier issue that caused the job to go longer than expected. I couldn’t leave my car overnight so they stayed after hours to ensure it was ready for me. Definitely went the extra mile to help me out! Great service at this location.

The Fiji guy inside this workshop is such a scam. He waited me for 30 minutes by giving wrong information about my car with high price. Just to work on other car. I left without any work done. This was some months ago.

Service was good, but the parts pricing was extreme!!!Parts were far from discounted. I could have got the parts for $300, and they wanted $400??? I found out after I could have got the whole job done at one of his competitors for what he was asking for just the parts!! Doesn't sound discounted to me???? Owner has been calling and emailing with a different story every time. I'm taking as a live and learn experience, just beware, is all.

Today my son and I were driving to the ferry and his driver's side front tire started wobbling. His wheel nuts weren't torqued properly at his work. Budget brake got us in pretty much right away, even tho it's a holiday and he only had one tech on. They fixed up our tire got all the wheels torqued properly and had us on our way quickly and we successfully made it to the ferry on time. Can't thank the 2 gentlemen enough for helping us out.

Took my car here, because they honour the warranty I have. Told them I heard a clunking while steering, diagnostic was done and I was told I needed inner and outer tie rods, which are not covered under my warranty. That’s fine. I took my car to my Brothers Work, Action Tire, THEIR Mechanic looked at it and it needed ONE outer tie rod, which was replaced and an alignment done, and he grabbed my CV Axle and shook it to show me that it should not do that. How did your mechanics miss that? I will never take my vehicle here again. I got attitude as soon as I said I don’t want to have my car fixed there. I knew in my heart it was something more than what I was told. It is hard enough being a woman taking your car to an auto shop and not getting ripped off and talked down too. I understand how different parts in a car work, but that is inexcusable. I feel like because I was a woman going in there alone, they could take me for more than needed fixing. $59.99 for a diagnostic, and that’s all that was told to me? I’d expect more a more thorough look at a steering issue. Do not recommend.More to your reply, I asked for the front end to be looked at, the CV Axle is part of the front end of the car. I was also not told that I would receive a discount.
