Turn up 30 mins+ before closing for a hot roll to be told no they will not heat it up served a festive hot chocolate tastes bad staff are rude making food for themselves but refuse it for customers loudly talking about customers in there work area. Costa is less than 3 minutes down the road I’d advise everyone to go there and avoid this place

Lovely staff, always very friendly and helpful! Lots of good choices. Its especially nice to see all the dairy free alternatives, especially the food! Always very clean and on top of the track and trace.

Spacious, but quite dark and uninviting, atmosphere is busy and you have people walking all around you. I would recommend any other coffee shop in dunfermline for your overpriced coffee.

If I could give zero stars for this I would. Was in the store this morning and an off duty staff member was beyond aggressive to my friend because of where we were waiting on our coffee. There's no direction of where to queue and our order was fairly large so we were helping ensure it was correct. The woman told us we shouldn't stand there which is fine, but then when my friend was upset the woman proceeded to say 'look at me when I'm talking to you' I couldn't actually believe what I was hearing. I will never set foot in here again and will actively encourage others not to do so.

Disappointed that last visit no allergy options available 2days ago, even so I still stand by my rating. This is my go to Starbucks where I always feel welcomed part of the gang/family. The food range has improved too. Great job guys

Just had a great experience at this Starbucks branch. Coffee and cinnamon swirl tasty as always but the big positive difference to my experience was the genuinely warm welcome and service from Michelle. She is an asset! Thank you
