They do amazing baked bread. Very tasty, comparable to some European bread I've tasted. But that as far as it goes. I was disappointed with their pastry. French pastries should taste overall flaky on the outside and a bit chewy on the inside. It wasn't like that. It was too chewy. Like they didn't use enough butter. At $4/pastry, I was expecting better.

Best bread in Edmonton! I love love love their sesame crusted bread. Unfortunately it is hard to snag one of these because they sell out, and don't make them every day. Their focaccia is also decadent. All the breads are wonderful. I used a few of their breads for a winter get together and everyone raved about them quite passionately lol. Their Danishes are also decadent and wonderful. Highly recommend this bakery. Just wish open hours were more accessible.

Easily one of the top bakeries in the Edmonton area if you're looking for anything bread. Their walnut raisin loaf has been a breakfast staple of mine for years, their baguettes are delicious and their sourdough, olive bread and miche are delectable. Been going for years, don't think I'll stop any time soon! Looking forward to seeing their new location open on Whyte!

This bakery has two items that we keep coming back for, and these are olive bread on Saturdays, and their baguettes. Their pain au chocolat is divine. This is also an amazing place for a wide selection of French cheeses, and some Quebec cheeses. We often have delicious bread and cheeses as a special lunch treat from Bonjour. Love their new location, and the added selection of cheese accompaniments, and savoury crackers.
