Love this gym, I go to both locations, and they are great. Staff is friendly and if you email them, they are very quick with responses. The clientele is respectful, and I have never felt uncomfortable going to the gym. Great to support a locally owned business.

Such a clean space! I appreciate that this gym is 24/7 and has the ability to give you a discounted rate if you share an address, now my twin and I can share a membership.The staff is very kind and so is everyone that attends the gym. This is the first gym I have gone to that has allowed me to not feel uncomfortable and that I shouldn't be there.Bonus to is that it is just 5 min from my house.

Me and my family have been going to this gym for years since it opened ( well me I’ve been on and off but besides that lol) it is a great gym, the owner is a very nice person and is active with the gym, and the staff are always there when they are intended to be and are always willing to help out and listen to suggestions to improve the gym. I would recommend going to the gym if you are a respectful and responsible user and if you aren’t those two things I suggest going somewhere else as the staff and owner don’t tolerate non respectful behaviour and also the gym users don’t respect the non responsible users. So any ways this is a great gym and I definitely recommend it!!!

The environment is great. A lot of friendly members, and the staff is very friendly and helpful too (my wife especially lol). The gym is always clean. Most of the equipment is great, and there is a good variety of it too. In my opinion I would say the gym could use a couple more leg machines (for example; hip adductor/abductor machine, and a lying hamstring curl). It did just recently get a separate leg extension machine which is beneficial. I would also say it could use another adjustable bench, but for the most part it’s got everything you need.

I've been very pleased with this gym so far.It is a locally owned gym that have owners who truly care about their clients. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The gym is always clean. They have a variety of equipment to use. They have two locations.I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a gym in the Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and surrounding area. It's by far the best gym in the area.

Locally owned gym with owners who truly care about their clients having a solid gym to workout at. Always extremely clean and everything in order. Good equipment as well.It does get crowded during peak hours but just goes to show that it is popular for locals.Always enjoy coming in to get a good workout in!

Chop Shop is a great gym with many different machines and a great atmosphere! Everyone is very nice & the staff are so welcoming everytime I go. Definitely recommend if you are looking to join a gym!

Recently join a few mth ago and really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are so friendly ☺️ always there to help out and have gave me some pretty solid advice which is definitely appreciated. Other patrons are super respectful of others and as friendly.clean facility has exactly what I need.

Great local place with a really strong community feel.. something just don’t get with larger chain gyms.Both locations are clean and staff is super friendly.Spruce grove location- lots of new equipment and multiples too. It more than meets needs!
