Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with Regency Nannies.In late October 2014 we paid the $800 for a referral. We were looking for 12-15 hours per week, cleaning, grocery shopping and a bit of cooking. We hired the first woman sent to us and, with the exception of a few growing pains, all went reasonably well. In January, our hire advised us that she had found full-time work and that today (that day) would be her last day. No notice. A few days later, we learned that she had left us under dishonest circumstances.I contacted the owner of Regency Nannies, Stephanie, and she advised that while she was sympathetic to my situation, our contract was for 3 months and, as it had been 3 months and 16 days, she was not willing to refer me another name (without another contract, discounted to $600, which I declined).While the Regency Nannies staff was prompt and pleasant to deal with, we were very disappointed in the rigidity in which they enforce their contract(s). Shortly after just three months, we were out $800 with no in-home cleaning help and no options for a possible replacement. In short, we feel that the $800 was just too high a price to pay for the value we received.If you are going to sign a contract with Regency Nannies, I would advise that (if searching for part-time help) you request a much lower rate than $800 and/or request a contract of 6 months or even a year. In hindsight, many of the part-time workers are looking for full-time work and will leave you when they find it. Because of this, the $800 three-month contract is (in my opinion) unrealistic and unfairly compensates Regency Nannies.

I am so grateful and satisfied with the service of Regency Nannies Inc. They were so helpful, professional, sensitive, clear and efficient. This was the first time I've gone through the process to sponsor a nanny and they made every step of a very complicated process feel very easy. I mostly worked with Yassine Ktari and he was phenomenal! He was always available to answer any questions and really went above and beyond to reassure me through each step. I highly recommend him and the whole team at Regency Nannies.

Our last request actually went through in just a little over 7 months, which was unexpectedly fast. There is always someone available to answer questions and reply to emails in a timely manner. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I’ve had three different experiences with the agency, in 2008, 2011, and this year 2022. Two times it was live out and now finally we got a live in from Cameroon. I was very satisfied with the people they chose for the requests, I had. I was well guided, and very well assistant. They aren’t very telephone, but very good at communicating through the emails and also leaving messages. Our latest addition to the house is marvelous, and very well screened for our needs. I apply for a work permit with them and they handle everything from the very beginning, telling me the things that i needed and how the process was going. They also help me to apply for a visa extension and it got approved in a matter of days. I'm really happy with the attention received and how they managed everything to get me the permit. Mt name is Julie. This agency was recomended throug a friend nanny. This agency is considerate towards nannies. My niece met a nice family from Quebec City 8 months ago and she will be arriving in Quebec soom. I was a nanny myself and i know other agencies that ask their nannies thousands of dollars to.find employers. This not the case with Regency, this is honest agency, i will recommemd them to my nannies friends in Hong Kong.
