Excellent experience with Polaron. From planning to installation they have been helpful and informative. They stand by their work as well, even after install of the brackets I asked that a wire be moved and they jumped right on it. Great company. Highly recommend.

Polaron has been great in all aspects of the installation from providing an accurate estimate of cost ($13,000), and savings (reducing my energy bill to just 33% of what it was). We were in constant communication throughout the process, through which some positive adjustments were made both with respect the configuration of the solar panels and the integration of solar panels into my breaker panel. Happy to be on the right side of history, and as a senior, reduce the impact of global warming on future generations. Thank you Polaron.

They put a $2 lien on my house even though no panels were installed. Hydro One rejected the project. In 2019. It's causing a huge headache trying to restructure my mortgage. Watch what you sign. Better yet, just avoid them.

Initial sales process was fast and smooth. House measurements came shortly after. Installation was great and my panels are now generating lots of power! Highly recommend polaron!

Installation was immaculate - responsive, quick, clean and polite. We are thrilled to have this system installed and operational.I would have given a five if the company were better integrated. Sales, pre-inspection, installation and post-installation service all seem to be different departments. The work gets done when you prompt them but it took constant attention on our part to spur things along. Account management is abysmal - they need to focus more on making sure every account is moving forward rather than just managing milestones and complaints as they come in.

Polaron took care of all the permits and scheduling and did a professional installation. We are already seeing a payback on our utility bill. They did a great job!

We had considered installing polar panels for quite some time and finally made a move early this year. Polaron stood out from other companies we contacted in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. They provided an overview of the entire workflow, a detailed design (slightly adjusted during actual installation), and a cost benefit analysis. Communication has been great throughout the entire process, starting from initial inquiry/Q&A calls, to permit application, and finally solar panel and hydrometer installation. Polaron sent emails regularly to inform us of the project progress. The installation job was clean and professionally done. We are happy to contribute to the green energy initiative and would recommend Polaron to any families that like to do the same.

Great company to work with. It was an easy process, and all the tradesmen were very friendly during installations or site visits.

Update- Polaron did take a few days but got back to us with what seems to be a fair quote. They did indicate they were waiting for the roofer to provide the quote, but a phone call or email to clarify this would have been appreciated.Update 2- roofer did a decent job. Work was completed in 1 day.I will further update this review after the work is done but have upgraded my review to 3 stars for now. If roofer is prompt and does good work I will change my review.No issues with installation which was several years ago. However now that we need to temporarily remove the panels to replace the roof, it has been an absolute nightmare. They do not respond to calls or emails. Also BEWARE in the fine print they will remove the panels for free IF you use their own contractor. If you use a separate contractor it is $3500 to remove the panels for the roof install.Have asked around and their contractor apparently does a poor job and over charges.And as of this post we are still waiting for a response so we can proceed with our roof replacement!
