Employee was always on his phone speaking in his language very rude arrogant superior attitude I had to make my husband come to deal with the situation I was buying scratch tickets he refused to scan them and tried to say they were non winners and keep them my husband insisted he watch them be scanned and they were winners I believe his culture thinks women are animals

Now 10 pm have shift on Indian girl the on phone call people waiting out in cool weather she say I on phone just give 1 mint I waiting almost 20 mint still on phone after she say come back later not go there

Nine times out of ten, I fill up my tank here. Because I like to pump my own gas. In the neighborhood, and very convenient. Super-friendly staff, too.But, you want to really know what makes this location special? The 'free' air-pump at the back of the building. Man, you guys 'gotta know' how much I really appreciate this simple gesture. Morning, noon or night, day in and day out, holidays, no matter the season or weather.....or just 'whenever.' That pump is there when I need it to top up my tires. It is such a God-send. When everyone else charges a fee, you fine people keep it up as a convenience to us.And in emergencies, when you're tire(s) is/are low.....it's so nice to not have to drive all over St. James looking for a place to fill up your tires. The air pressure is high, so no waiting around for your turn. If there's a bit of a lineup, not to worry or fret.....it goes fast.So, there's my story. Thanks for keeping the 'free' air-pump up and running. And I appreciate it!

All staff are very friendly and not “snotty” in the least. I always receive a proper greeting and am made aware of any specials or deals going on at the time. Keep up the great work Petro.

The Indian girl with the glasses did not let me buy game pass for my boys when it was clearly there

I'm frequently here on the week-ends, and 99% of the time, there is 1 of maybe 2, or 3 (maybe) younger girls working there, and never am I made feel welcome. they're snotty, and they couldn't be bothered wasting their time on you. 1 had her boyfriend there behind the counter. how professional is that?!

Going in that gas station for years.. A couple days, during the snowstorm, I had to go for gas at around 9:40 at night. The guy in the gas station was locked in and although it was cold, with strong winds and blowing snow, he didn’t let me get in to pay but he had me pay through the window.. Rude, inhumane, unacceptable behaviour.. I will avoid this place from now on..

Great points program without the hassle of the Co-Op style system which is always terribly busy. However you don't get as much money back when you consider how often you save enough points to get a 10 cents off gas card.
