Super, le monsieur est hyper gentil.Il a pris le temps de regarder plein de police d'écriture avec ma fille de 6ans et la laisser regarder toutes les couleurs de fils, puis il a fait la broderie sur un morceaux de tissus pour lui montrer et après qu'elle a approuvée il a brodé le sac. Le tout pour moins de 10$.

Perfect place for medical lab coat: unlike other places I've called up, owner accepted to do embroidery for 1 item.Wide selection of fonts and colors: owner took the time to customize every aspect (spacing, size..) with you. Despite a busy day and with all the machines operating, my item was ready to pick up within 30 mins and he did a fantastic job.Overall, highly recommended: quick, easy to work with, precise embroidery, accepts low volume of items, fair price. Thank you!

Il a fait du bon travail pour ma commande en général, l'inconvénient est le suivi après-vente. En effet, sur une des broderies, il a effectué une erreur d'orthographe et a refusé de me le refaire en stipulant que c'était trop compliqué… j'avais littéralement le bas de rechange en main et il m'a simplement demandé quel était le prix de celui-ci pour me le rembourser afin que je parte! Ainsi, à cause de SON erreur, un membre de notre comité n'aura pas le même privilège d'avoir son poste inscrit sur sa paire de bas… ORDINNAIRE!!!

Great embroidery service. Owner was very polite and took the time to make sure the font, size, spacing etc were all right. Seems to be one of the main places in Montreal where large organizations send their embroidery work to. Highly recommended!
