Very poor service, the woman at the counter was super unfriendly. We booked a boat for 4 hours, came punctually, but the boat was gone. She forgot to enter our reservation and proceeded to raise her voice, making it seem as though it was the customer's fault. Not recommended at all!

Best place to rent boats and water crafts from in Osoyoos! The owner is awesome and gave us a great deal. The boats are all nicely taken care of and we had a blast out in the water. We had an issue with the stereo and we called them from the other side of the lake and they came all the way out to us to get it working. That’s amazing! This will always be my spot to rent our boats from now on!

Staff are wonderful, quick and very polite, can’t wait to return next year!!

First we overpaid on the quoted price which we agreed upon and even tho we had confirmed with James on the phone as well a second time!. We showed up and we’re charged extra since Jayce was no longer there. The lady gave us attitude upon me mentioning what are booking details were. ThEN, I was bringing the boat back and two dock boys were guiding me in and I turned it around for them. At no time at that point did they say bring the trim up more not until the end did they say bring it up. Needless to say I payed for a new propeller, even tho they should have shared that cost as well payed more for the rental since “Jayce” is no longer there. Beware and be ready to payUpdate Response to owner…Everyone on the boat agreed that the dock boys said nothing about the trim until the end. I was distracted by then pointing me where to go. I can drive just fine, just saying it would’ve been better if they had mentioned it as I was coming in or emphasize it better.

Avoid this place. The boat was grungy. The engine sounded sick (not in a good way). The boat battery died and we were left stranded on the lake. Fortunately had a cell phone; they sent someone on a jet ski with another battery. It also didn't work. We had to be towed in by jet ski. You can imagine how long that took. No apology, and was not offered a refund until we tracked down the manager. After leaving, we realized we were overcharged in the first place. Terrible!

Friendly staff and no issues renting a ski boat for an afternoon on the lake. Would have been good to know that rental boats aren’t allowed to pass under the bridge (to the South) but I also didn’t ask. All good in the end anyway.

I’ve been here every year for around 5 years now, we left penticton to come to osoyoos and camp for 3 weeks. We take our boat out and had an issue and the owner of this place was wonderful, he’s amazingly funny and helpful, we look forward to seeing him every year, he’s such a great person, easy to deal with, and extremely sincere. He will fix the problem if he can, he’s hand on every time. The rental we took out for a friend was clean and tidy, ran beautifully. We will be back in July 2020!

I have been to many marinas in my life time. Unfortunately this counts as the worst one. Staff Could easily give you wrong information. Don’t be surprised if they rude, incompetent, ignorant and disrespectful. If you are OK with this behaviour, sure you will have an adventurous day with no remorse from the other party because the pretending Manager would cover the disrespectful behaviour by fellow workers.Run away…….

Best possible service one could provide. Very simple procedure and good pricing. We were with two seniors and it was difficult to go in the boat for them but theses guys made it very possible and were extremely helpful in the process. I highly recommend them and kudos to the young boys. Keep up the good work. :)

Hey ! Nice staff but need to tell people prior when they inquire about paddle boarding that even one drink you are not allowed to go on which is understandable. But in failing to mention in the first place that no alcohol was allowed. It Would have been nice to have been told about that rule . That way we wouldn’t have had a drink. Or wasted our time coming down thank you! Future customers be aware that this is a rule !!!
