Nick was very professional and knows what he is doing. I got all my appliances installed by him and had zero issues. My kitchen vent hood was not fitting well into opening due to incorrect wall opening, he was able to solve for this on-site and did and excellent job. He’s punctual and communicates very clearly about the scheduling and the job. Reasonable pricing too. Definitely highly recommended for all appliance and gas line installations.

Nick helped us with a bind when another gas contractor cancelled our natural gas install for our BBQ. We had a party that weekend and Nick modified his schedule to fit us in and get the job done. His prices are fair and reasonable and service was great. Definitely recommend and thank you.

Nick was absolutely amazing! We had to install our new induction cooktop (and take the old one out). Because the former owners of the house had put the cooktop in themselves, they had done all the wiring wrong- which could have resulted in a fire. I am so thankful on how knowledgable Nick and his team was, they really went above and beyond for me. I will 100% use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Nick did an amazing job running a gas line for my bbq. He provided a quote quickly, did a phone consultation and answered a bunch of my questions over email. He did a very clean install, ensured it was hooked up safely and did a check of my water heater as well. He checked the meter and painted the rusted piping from the gas company. He was in and out with his assistant and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend him for all your gas needs!

Just moved into my new house in Erin Mills, Mississauga, and I needed gas lines to my stove and my outdoor grill. Nick at Metro West gave me the best quote, and I'm glad I went with him. He fit me into an already tight schedule on short notice, and found the most efficient solution for running new gas lines to my appliances. We have pleasure of using metrowest gas & appliance installation ltd couple of time for installation of our new appliances. Nick is a true professional, who knows his stuff. For the first time, I found Nick from google search and then used his service to install the appliances in our new house. He was punctual and very productive, reasonable cost and needless to say never had any issues with his support/ services. Nick recently ran a gas line to our bbq and did a fantastic job! He took the time to go through what we required on the phone and answered all of my questions. He was efficient with his work and also completed a check of our hot water tank and gas stove to make sure things were in order. I had used Nick to install a hood, fridge and dishwasher last September 2021. I was disappointed with his installation however chose not to write a bad review. However today is another story. My dishwasher had come loose from the cabinetry. I had called another appliance repair/installer. Not only did Nick not install my dishwasher level (addressed at time of install with Nick and he said its level) he did not screw it into the cabinets properly nor adjust one foot (dishwasher rocked). Also the sound dampening blanket was not installed(which he took with himself as i did not have anything left behind but an empty box). Looking at my fridge you can also see it was not installed level and Nick told me that it's my floors (yes floors are not level). Appliances do have feet that are adjustable Nick. Not to mention the final bill was 150$ more than quoted. Very disappointing as I've now paid extra to fix an issue that should not have been. Shameful

Nick did a fantastic job on fixing my fireplace. It was out of commission for a few years and I was told that the mercury switch needs to be replaced. I got a quote of $650 for the replacement part, plus $125 / hour for labour from Direct Energy, but no guaranties, may be something else will break in 6 months, who knows. Nick replaced the entire assembly (it's like replacing the engine and transmission, just leaving the body intact) for pretty much the same price, the fireplace works great and should be good for another 10-15 years. He was fast and very professional and takes pride in his job. He also did a great job in installing all appliances at my daughter's new house (huge fridge, gas cooktop, built-in double oven, dishwasher) and even fixed some stuff that the builder installed incorrectly. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
