Family Dental Office

Poor communication skills, front desk staff doesn’t have a clue how to communicate with there dentists. You ask for something to get done and they do something else, the dentist was very rough with my mouth, my second time going and I won’t be going back back.

I went to family dental as someone who had suffered some horrible experiences in the past at other dental offices. The thought of going to a dentist made me panic.But the staff at the family dental clinic, changed this!Starting off right at the front desk, you are met with a wonderful group of ladies, who will great you with kind and reassuring smiles. Even though the clinic is very busy, they do everything they can to get you seen ASAP.Dental hygienist Alex was gentle and took the time to explain to me what was happening and what I needed.My dentist is Dr. Delaney and I cannot express the extreme gratitude I have for her enough. She really took the time to ensure that I got what I needed and nothing more or less. Calm in her demeanor and patient with all of my questions. My treatments was over the span of a couple of years and every time I went in, she made sure that everything was ok with the treatment she had done prior and checked to make sure nothing else had popped up.I should mention her assistant is very sweet and efficient also.Thanks to their efficiency, taking their time and gentle touches, I no longer have panic attacks before I go to the dentist. This is huge for me as that was a life long issue of mine.I will not go to another dental clinic, nor will I recommend another one.If you are in a position where you can wait to get in for your appointment, you absolutely should; you will not be disappointed in your dental care

Dr. Craig Bugden made this a great dental office in the 1980's. I was worried that once he retired, things would change but they haven't. Still top-notch, compassionate care by everyone under their roof.

Quality work and incredibly friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.
