Can't recommend Dr. Michael Long highly enough.I've been going here since December, and every time I leave my appointment feeling extremely cared for. He makes me feel very comfortable and gets to the root of my problems. The service here is very professional and we're extremely lucky to have this high quality of service in Fergus.

When I visit Optimum I feel safe and cared for. I trust the various health providers and have come to rely on them. Our entire family visit; as a mom and wife I feel confident we are all in good hands.

Been seeing chiropractor Phil For a few years now. He’s excellent! Knowledgeable, thorough, kind and professional. The office is run well and I’m so glad they are there.

I have worked with Evelyn before, not at this organization but still one on one. I would very much discourage anyone from seeing her. She lacks compassion and insight. She is judgemental and repetitive. Not caring. Not an active listener. Not solution oriented. Not client centered. I very much doubt that she is truly versed and effective in treating trauma. She likes to blame the client if what she says works for everyone does not work on a specific individual. Has all the answers but funnyenough was not helpful or caring. Unprofessional and condescending would be the words

They do good work here. I was very impressed with the level of care. It is making a difference.

Dr. Katie is amazing, in less than a year she has helped me more than any other MD had in a decade. Highly recommend!

Dr.Long immediately made me comfortable and absolutely welcomed! Dr.Long was extremely knowledgable, caring and provided awesome insight for me..he is the FIRST Dr. I am looking forward to returning to and continuing with !!!

I was hoping to find answers and a safe place to discuss my personal health issues. Unfortunately, this was not the place. I found Dr. Katie very forceful in her approach. I left feeling judged, ridiculed and put on the spot. I am very annoyed that I paid out of pocket to feel like a child being chastised.She did however recommend blood work and an ultrasound as my condition is far from normal (as my doctor stated) which I appreciated. But if you are hoping to find an actual “natural health” practitioner, I would suggest extending your search elsewhere. I think the issue may not be this facility in itself, but the overall brokenness of our health care system.
