Teller are nice, however can't help you even with pre-approved lines of credit, and dont go in without an appointment. How you're supposed to book said appointment is beyond me. You CANNOT reach this branch by phone. Wait times ALL WEEK on the 'call centre' have been longer than 45 minutes. I waited 48 minutes on hold only to be disconnected. Terrible service. I'm thinking of switching banks. I need to pick up funds for a large purchase and wanted to schedule, can't get through to anyone. I'm so frustrated!

This place is the absolute worst for customer service so slow seems like nobody has any sense of urgency. Always understaffed the machines break and my transactions are always incorrect very bad place to go. I'm so fed up with this stupid Branch I'm actually thinking of switching banks all together because it is so terrible.

I have been dealing with Scotiabank over 10 years now. I had never a problem with this Bank. unfortunately this is not the case anymore. I closed my business Visa account with Scotiabank as they over charged 6 X times the same amount of the annual fee. I called the calling centre about 3 times to correct the mistake they made. waist 2 hours each time. Always the same story we see it was a mistake we will send u the money back in the next 3 business days. the last call I had with the call centre again noticed the mistakes. they recommended to meet up with my business bank manager. Went to meet up with the business bank manager, same story. they agreed that Scotia bank made a mistake. again give us a couple days. we are now a month in and we are talking about $300. I am so upset that I will take all my bank stuff. stocks, savings, and my business and mortgage is almost ready for renew. Ill move to another bank. this totally theft!!!

Absolutely out of this world service.I cannot explain enough how outstanding the service is at this branch.I live on the other side of Burlington and go to this branch because of the people.Come here if you want a friendly local branch that will also help you make decisions and are willing to sit down and help you understand your banking.Great credit cards, great rates, great accounts.Definitely recommend this branch for both casual and serious banking!

I went to Scotiabank from one of the competitors 8 years ago and have not regretted a second of it. Since I do 95% of my bank work online, and their online experience is miles better than what I had, I am not very affected of how the branch office work but I have always felt welcome here.

We have been dealing with this bank for almost ten years, ever since moving to Burlington and moving our portfolio to the Brant Street branch.For the first two years, we got used to an overall helpful staff and felt at ease dealing with them. Now, it seems that there's a revolving door with continuous change in personnel. As well, I've been put off by some tellers who are either bored or, in a few cases, almost hostile.There's no use complaining to the tellers, since they've been told by management to adhere to the financial institution's policies. The ATM is constantly changing, making it confusing for seniors. Upper management maintains a low profile, leaving it to the tellers to handle complaints.I'm glad that I've kept my Credit Union account. At least I get friendly and efficient service there.

I started coming to this branch two years ago when I was living in the neighbourhood. Ever since my first visit with Barb, I knew I was in good hands. Having moved cities, I am still planning on coming back to see Mrs. Osborne! Great financial advice, exemplary customer service, and a friendly staff at the branch. Highly recommend!

If I could give a zero I would. This branch for anything more then day to day banking in horrendous. I booked an appointment to meet an advisor in advance. When I arrived to the appointment the team looked surprised. They were running around trying g to figure out what to do. I asked to speak with the manager to ask why no one called to reschedule he said that he was sorry and it was his fault for not reviewing the advisors schedule and that was it. So I basically wasted a day for nothing and got a sorry. Advisor's and Management don't really care about customers and just want to upsell their credit card products.

Service is poor at best, in branch slow. Was told to email Tsana for the service I required, its been 3 weeks and have not received a response and I have gone in twice in person unable to get service on my account.
