This is my third time needing their services. They are excellent all around

Altho the dishwasher was working, we had to lift up on the door to activate it. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem, adjusted the door and now it works fine.

I work for a large corporation that prides itself on customer service but we DO NOT come even close to the customer service on display at Mr. Appliance. I contacted Mr Appliance based on the reviews they already had. I’m very happy to add to the 5 star review. As soon as I filled out the online request for service I was contacted. Appointments were available within the next two days. All charges were explained up front, and a text message confirming my appointment and a photo of the tech to expect was sent to me, which I appreciated.The repair itself was done quickly and competently. Our stackable washer required a second tech to come help with the lifting and I was impressed how they were able to manoeuvre within the small laundry room space- happy to pay for the pros to do it rather than risk my hubby trying!!Over all great experience. Thank you!
