TD autoclub contacted them for my towing request. After two hours TD told me they got lost...imagine!! I wish they were negative stars, they dont even deserve a one star

Very quick and professional service. Our operator was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. Would call on them again.

Called twice within a week was told I would get a call back twice never did. Good company if you want a car towed in 2 weeks and have more then two days off a week to wait around mabye. Very polite on phone but waste on time overall.

I had to have two cars towed to Kingston from outside town. Both times I called Ken Kelly's Towing they were able to go out same day and remove the vehicles. One of them even had crappy tires on it and he was able get it lifted up and pulled out.Reliable source for towing will use in the future.
