I went in to get a button on my wallet , I asked what I owed him he said no charge and merry Christmas , I tried to give him something but he wouldn’t except my money .Great service very knowledgeable with an old school vibe .I can’t wait to go back !

I went there for leather issues last year, and was treated as a valued customer. Can't remember being treated like that back in Ontario. I'll return to them in a week for an important job to be done. I love the history to the place. They are both great people.

The owners are lovely. I took my sandles to have the straps fixed. The quality of her work is impressive. My shoes are there getting stretched. Fast and very reasonable prices!!

The couple who own this shop are absolutely lovely. They re-heeled a pair of boots that I truly love and the price was beyond reasonable. They even repaired some severe scuffing on the front and back of each boot - I will absolutely be returning with other shoes needing repair.
