The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they are very friendly. The never oversell to you and will sell you exactly what it is you need and what you are looking for (even if you're not sure yourself) There's a lot of integrity amongst the staff (Husbnad and wife duo) which earned my respect and loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend Divine India for all your divinity needs and for high quality products. They will not rip you off.

If there was an option, I would have given them 10 stars.Divine India is a business that is run by a wonderful family. Their customer service is actually service to God. You will find a vast collection of religious items here with a lot of variety. It is a very peaceful environment and you feel at ease when you enter their store.I bought statues from here. Two were not in stock and arriving later. Divine India took my phone number and let me know that I will be informed once it arrives.The statues were shipped together with a gift from them once it arrived. All this was at their own cost. The owner of the business later phoned to check if I had received them. At that time I let him know that it was slightly different in colour from the ones i had bought. He told me not to worry and that he would be flying to India to get it made to match the set.Once he returned to Canada, the replacements were shipped to me. Not only was the shipping free but also the statues were replaced at no cost. On top of that I was told to donate the other two staues instead of returning it to them. It is rare to find blessed souls like the owners of DivineIndia. I will highly recommend visiting their store if you are in search of religious items. God bless!

It was my best experience ever since I am in canada . I went to buy Shera wale di mata ji mutri from Divine India .I got soo much welcomed first of all . It was not that I was the only customer in the shop but I felt I am treated as VIP . Honestly , I never had this kind of welcoming , helping and warm customer service anywhere in surrey or any other shop .Both the owners have happy faces and they both have very positive & satisfactory vibes .I felt they are not doing any business , they are actually doing service .We bought a very beautiful Mata ji di murti, also they gave us 4-5 complimentary decoration material which I guess worth almost $100 dollars . This was very impressive and I am very thank full to both of them for being soo generous and kind and not relating the very divine thing to profit or loss .I guess their store name ,” Divine India “ defines them .Again I am very thank full and great full and very happy to visit them .I would for sure recommend everyone to visit Divine India for any kind of religious poters or murties you want to buy . They have alott of good quality things .

While enjoying our BC vacation, we happen to visit this amazing store and i cannot be happier. Thank you very much for helping me complete my mandir. It was the best decision… i am so happy with the purchase of shiv parivar, ram darbar and shera wali mata.The owners were super friendly and guided us on our purchase. They also shipped all 3 murtis to Edmonton same day free of charge. I wish you had a store in Edmonton so i can visit your store more often. Loved the spiritual vibe of the whole store.

All items are super expensive. There are many other stores in Surrey itself, where you can find all items atleast 5 times cheaper.I would give negative stars if there’s an option. Stay away from this store.

Heaven on earth. The name is very apt - it is a divine place with lots of positive energy.The owners are very involved, knowledgable and try their best to learn about each of their customers - The most personalized service by most personable people. They always offer you water, pepsi and also personalized filter coffee! They learn about each diety, significance of the idol and spread the knowledge. They never fail to share their blessings and complementary garlands.The brass used for the idols are of very high quality. The carvings are so intricate and beautiful. Almost all dieties in our mandir are from Divine India and provide a very positive energy.Thank you to the owners for bringing us all this heaven on earth.

I have visited Divine India many times as they have an amazing selection of items to meet all my pooja and celebration needs. The customer service is always outstanding. The owners are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience with absolutely zero pressure. I will definitely be going back.
