Woodhaven Campground

This was my first time camping ever and this site was perfect. Really close and convenient to White Lake, and all your water loving needs. There are kayak rentals. Each campsite was far enough from each other but still close and some are larger than others so if you have an RV, it will fit. There was a building equipped with hot water, showers, sinks and flushing toilets. Ice was readily available and on an honor system where you take ice and pay for only what you use. Cell reception is low (which is amazing). Arnie is the main guy and he’s always available dropping off fire wood and cleaning up. Amazing customer service and I will definitely returning next year. There are also running taps randomly place around the camp ground. I highly recommend this campsite.

Excellent campground, great owners and very quiet location. Fair pricing and the facilities are well-maintained. No cell phone reception though, so be prepared to go off grid.

Great place to camp. Sites are clean and private. The washrooms are also clean and the showers are warm. Close to basic amenities. Private beach is to White Lake. Also, this campground has Arnie whois a fantastic human and host :) I see why this place books up.

Wood haven is a great campground! Sites are large and set back in nicely treed areas. Access to the lake is awesome and the lake itself is great for all activities. Very quiet and well kept! We will be going back!

Couldn’t be better. Had electricity, water and sewer even a bench with a table that wasn’t rotten trough so you could use it. Overall we’re friendly clean and as I said super quite location with lots to do (lake, playground) They even have a washer and dryer on site.10/10

Woodhaven campground is a peaceful and quiet campsite not far from so many beautiful lakes in the Shuswap area. We enjoyed our stay and we wished it was longer!We were in site 19, behind the field and it was the perfect spot. Each tenting spot was private and spacious. The sites are just across from a clean bathroom with warm showers and electrical plug-ins. This campsite was a bit more rugged than your standard provincial park, which turned out to be a good thing! This way we got to see and hear more nature and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Best of all was Arnie, the host; he was so accommodating and friendly!

Hidden gem. Arnie was fabulous and was very accommodating. The campsites were private and spaced out but the real beauty is the lake. Beautiful water and such a relaxing time

Rolled in at 11pm due to the amount of traffic on Hwy1 , worried we might be in trouble.....Not the case, Arnie met us at the gate, showed us out lot and brought us a box of firewood,. When I asked to pay , he just said when your leaving. The lots are really well laid out and the water pressure is great. we will be back for sure

Great casual wholesome service. Nice chill vibes. Although a little close together, the people that come here are camper families with respect for space in general. Lovely lake views and access. Cute easy to use sites.

Very nice campground. Lotst of space. Very dark nigth, so you see millions of stars. The lake is warm enough to swim. And big enough for a kayak tour. Friendly owner.
