I have been a realtor for 17 years and have had the opportunity to work with several home inspectors. Graham is by far the best I've had the privaledge to work with and I was very impressed.Graham has considerable knowledge, history and work experience in various trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, new construction and more. Very impressed with what Graham was able to find in the house I was looking to purchase. You can tell he’s see it all and been around the block a few times. Don’t let his good looks fool you, he got down and dirty to find problems in my basement and loved every minute of it. Definitely would use again!

I've used Grahams service for all my rental units throughout the region. Graham has been VERY thorough, and very descriptive on his reports. He answers any questions I've had.Graham does a great job following up with his customers.As long as I continue to purchase rental income properties, Grahams home inspection services will be needed.Keep up the good work. Mathers Home Inspection
Inspector was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and courteous. He walked us through the home and pointed to us a few defects, whether critical or non-critical, and provided us with suggestions on corrective actions. After inspection he promptly handed in a detailed, informative and visually appealing report through email. One thing that I did not like about the inspector is that every time I asked an opinion about the quality of the home and whether it is worth buying, he asked me to discuss with the realtor instead. One other thing worth mentioning is that I found him more friendly with the realtor than the buyer.
