Went into this shop a few weeks ago, asked for something simple, coils and juice (I guess they don't carry that brand) the guy working was so dismissive, so arrogant, so full of himself and so rude (literally puffed up his chest like he was gonna fight me) that I won't be going to any of their shops anymore. Sorry I disturbed you texting pal. Unfortunate because I have had good experiences at their other locations

Just stopped by the Cambridge location earlier today with a couple different ideas in mind and was kinda on the fence either way. The gentleman working was super helpful and made it a painfree experience. Will definitely be returning.Keep up the great work!

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Good selection and products are easy to view. It’s neat organized place that is clean and well lit. Really couldn’t ask for a nicer place to shop.

Just came by a little after 7 pm yesterday and the dude working at the.time was super pleasant and friendly. I wasn't having the best day and this employeey totally turned it around with his genuine positivity and eagerness to help. Please give this man a raise haha.

I would highly recommend this place. Jordon is extremely knowledgeable and patient ( I had many questions). Great place to go if you’re thinking about vaping.

First off I went in and was greeted and they were quite friendly. Got my juice home and start to fill my tank and it exploded all over my living room. I’ve bought a lot of juice through them, and now once their suppliers' bottles failed and wasted all my juice they offer 20% off on another bottle. These aren't cheap and it was 120 ml, so it was 50$. Will not go back ever again. Should replace the bottle and not blame the customer. Bad customer service skills.

I came in to buy replacement pods and was looking to try something else and the gentleman named Jordan that helped me was soooo helpful he knew things I would have never thought of and was so patient while I was deciding on what product I would try!!! I’ll definitely be back and will refer my family and friends to come to ONLY this vape shop!! Definitely the best customer service I’ve had in along time!!
