Great service! I had a bad front winter tire that had a slow leak. We called late on a Friday afternoon, they got me in on the Monday and I had 2 new front tires in 25 minutes. Very friendly man at the front desk; very clean area to sit in while I waited for my car.

I called Kal Tire and spoke with Jason after bringing my car to another local shop to get my rear brakes fixed. I knew the other shop was trying to take advantage of me on the price and Jason quoted me fairly right from the start. He was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with, kept me updated through the entire process, explained to me what they were completing before going forward with the work, and truly made me feel comfortable. I have gotten work done before at Kal Tire and should have called them from the start. Great, honest people. I will 150% be back to do any other maintenance on my car. Thank you, Jason!!!!

Just needed a tire swap from winter to summer. Booking online was super easy, once at Kal Tire, was greeted within 2 seconds once I entered. Vehicle was ready as promised, got the text letting me know; seemed to be quicker than expected. Payment and a full explanation of the inspection that they seem to always do was easy and clear to understand.Highly recommend the St. Albert Kal Tire!!

The team at Kal Tire were quick to find the best tires suited for my car and for the price range I was looking at. The first tire the pointed out was one of the two I looked at online and is the one I chose as it had an extra 20,000km warranty on them. Service was quick and they were a friendly bunch of guys! Would recommend 100%. I will be going back for my next set of tires when I need them.

Mike at the front desk and Renzo (sorry if I misheard the name) who helped me with my tire repair were very professional and did their job promptly. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for fast and genuine good service!I’ll update the review if there’s more to add.

We got some new tires put on our car here, while the service was fantastic and quick during the ordering and install process, our experience became not-so-good when we were told there was something wrong with our suspension.We took the car home, declining the repair and I called my dealership to get a quote for the fix. Their service manager invited me to bring the car over so he could have a look at it - free of charge because he had never heard of such thing happening on our model of vehicle.Sure enough, upon inspecting it at the dealership, they brought me over to the back, had the car on the lift and showed me that there was in fact, nothing wrong at all.I still left 3 stars because the overall experience was good, I'd still come back here for my tire needs, but in terms of mechanical work and recommendations I'd suggest you bring your vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion.
