I have been a member with Gold’s gym country hills from last 4 years. Its a perfect gym with new equipments and clean environment. The staff is pretty friendly and experienced trainers especially Narinder. Its always good to have Narinder there, he is always helpful and listen to the issues and sort them out quickly. I would highly recommend this place to meet your workout goals.

My wife and I recently joined this gym and we got the best service from Shafique. He was thorough in explaining everything and gave us a tour of the place as well. The staff is friendly and always quick to act if we run into any issues.

LOVE this location! New to the gym and Narinder was a gem and helped me out so much! Showed me how to use some of the equipment gave me best workout advice and a free assessment with Joel who also was so much help! I highly recommend Golds Gym. If you have a weight loss goal or fitness goal this is a great gym with great staff. I have tried almost every gym in the city and this was the one that made me feel the most welcome. Thank you Golds Gym for the best customer service and experience. I am happy I signed up!

I got paired with Alyssa for y personal training sessions and she has been a perfect match for me.She is always accommodating and keeps me accountable for my progress in a kind manor. I’m so appreciative of the time and support she has given to me both in and out of the gym.Meeting with her every week has improved my mood my overall fitness and my health. I’m so grateful for her specialized meal plans and workouts to fit my lifestyle.So far I’ve lost 36lbs and have very defined quad/calf muscles.

Was a member before and during Covid. They took bi-weekly payments from me even though they were closed and not able to use the facility. They promised me about giving me credit and eventually terminated my membership without using it. I came in today to see if I am able to use my credit or even part of it before deciding to get a new membership and the Manager on duty said no. What a Con eh?

Alyssa is hands down the best trainer!! She’s knowledgeable, kind and very motivating! We get along like peanut butter and jelly and I love going in for training sessions because of her. She goes above and beyond by making meal plans, checking in and scheduling sessions on her own time!

The cleanest Gold Gym in my opinion. When I want to have a nice long workout and sauna after I definitely go to this location.Their selection for the women’s room is just so much better.Employees are always welcoming and helpful
