Excellent experience, Teresa was knowledgeable in her presentation of products for me to test. Very pleased with my purchases today!

Really disappointed! They sold me a brand of perfume that’s was only advertised by perfumes 4U. The employees told me that the perfume was really popular and everyone likes it ! But except for the store, nobody talks about it! I made some research and it turns out that this brand « Claude Marsal & Gérard Monet » are made in the same place ( New York) but it’s manufactured as made in France. I felt like I caught scammed ! I called and asked politely to the manager why was I misled and if I can have an exchange or a refund. She didn’t even explain why and she told that she can only do an exchange and no refund. So you’re telling me that I’m obligated to exchange even tho I feel scammed and I can’t have a refund? What prouves me that all the other products are authentic? The worst part is that it cost me over 200$ for some brand that’s not even recognized anywhere !And it’s sad to say that I bought a lot of perfumes from that store in the past and I’m not sure anymore if I got some legit authentic perfumes or if I caught scammed by the store? When I went into the store I wasn’t served properly by one of there employee. I cannot Identify her since they were all wearing a masks but that’s not a big issue! I ended up going to the store to trade the perfume, but I couldn’t choose any since they were really short on perfume! Anyhow, I wouldn’t recommend going to that store , instead spend your money at the right place where you now you are going to get the right product for the right price and have some honest advice!Ps: forgot to mention that the Claude Marsal perfume was leaking in the box!

My experience there was amazing tbh, the staff was friendly ,respectful, and upbeat extremely helpful and competent, the store was kept very clean, I tried many different cologne samples; Esra and Priyanka were very accomodating and patient with my brother and I; shout out to them they are great at what they do, genuine down to earth woman i can't say enough about themI'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!!

Corina was great, very friendly and directly understood what fragrance I was looking for after explaining what I wanted.

Please read REVIEWS before buying here!!No one greets you as you walk in.Great start!Thank goodness i opened the box after seeing it wasn't completely sealed..Cause after comparing the quantity on the unsealed box to a fresh box which i had, the clerc open.I realized it has been used as a tester!!The clerc ,obviously denies it has ever been used as a tester...Ridiculous!They think customers are stupid..Real scam artists!

The staff are friendly, but the products are more expensive than usual. It seems that this was not an Outlet. There is a possibility of finding the same thing at a lower price elsewhere.

The customer service girl was smoking weed and was clearly high. Very disgusting. She even exploded on a customer while I was in the store about to buy some perfume. Something about the guy opening perfumes that were already open? Crazy customer service, beyond unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a bottle of acqua di gio for $110.44 tax in. I have been using acqua di gio for over 20 years and when I finally opened it, I began to realize that it was a fake! It smells off, the sprayer is shorter, and paint is peeling. I highly recommend not to buy from this place for risk of fake products. Buy from the bay or big named stores to not be scammed. And with there response to emails to ensure quality" I got zero help. The proof is in the pictures! genuine products don't peel paint.Also I tried emailing them but no response. Seems they only reply to bad reviews in attempt to make themselves look better."
