Went in with two suitcases with broken zippers. The owner looked at them, and fixed them on the spot. I asked him how much $? He said zero. Come back another time, you know where we are... Great service!!

Amazing people! They replaced BOTH zippers in my doc martens for only 60 bucks, and really quickly. Brought them in on Tuesday and they said Friday or Saturday…but ended up getting them on Thursday! they are very honest and informative as well. 100% would recommend them

Best place to get stuff fixed or buy new .they do all kind of repair.on leather ,or shoes ,boots ,backpacks .Linda is very friendly and very smart . highly recommended.

I came to this place to repair the heels of two pairs of my shoes (each pair was in a bag). After I paid the full amount, the guy there asked me to give him both bags. So I did as what he asked. When I came back to pick up my shoes, the lady there handed me the shoes. Then I asked her if she could give me A bag to hold them. She asked me to pay 10 cents for each bag. I told her I already gave them two bags. She said “No, they are mine.” So I need to PAY 20 cents for the bags I GAVE THEM! At the end, I insisted and they gave me back my bags. I hope they could understand that no one cares about 10 cents!! What the customer cares is how good the customer service is!! The details represent the quality of customer service.

I was served by the owner the 2 times I was there. True, he isn't the most chatty person you'll find but I have no complaint as he gets the job done. He fixed my winter boots with a decent price. Thanks!

Frank and Linda there are so great! I went to so many places to get a strap that had broken off my gym bag fixed (looking at the photo, can you even tell where?). No one wanted to do it because the lining on my bag was super thick. Frank asked me how quickly I needed it and fixed it up in record speed. My bag looks completely brand new, and it costed less than $6. What?! I would've payed upwards of $20 for that speed and service!Go to them! You won't be disappointed! They know what they're doing and will make sure your stuff gets fixed well!

I bring all my shoes and bags here to be repaired. The owner really knows what he's doing. His work is always solid, and items rarely look like they were ever broken. Sometimes, when I bring in a lot of items, he even throws in quick fixes without charge.The prices are fair, and repairs are definitely better for my wallet (and the environment!) than throwing out my accessories and buying new ones.I would definitely recommend this shop for any shoe, bag or purse repairs!
