Nicolas and his guys were awesome! I had a basement crack sealed on outside fixed late summer 2022 and absolutely no leaks even after a week of heavy rains we just had in late April to May 2023.The team that installed the new membrane and window well did a great job.Spring resulted in some settling which was discussed so will call shortly to do final grade.

RCC completed internal waterproofing to different parts of our finished basement (old construction and new construction). The detection of cause was thorough, professional and as we asked. I am pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the sales and repair teams. I hope I do not, but would use them again with a similar need. I have no reservation in recommending them. AGP and his crew were amazing!!! Punctual, hard working and respectful of our home..He was careful and cautious not to damage his surroundings. I just want to say thanks to Justin who came out for the second time we needed work done and again gave a great deal and the the crew Chris and Michael who did a great job. The fist time was to put a new sun pump and second time for water leaking into the basement. As we are siting on a spring. Chris came out for the second time and also had done my son's basement down the street. We are so pleased with the work RCC does and we will not call anyone else. A little over a year ago, we had some water in our basement. My wife and I were devastated as we had just redone the basement. A friend of ours suggested RCC waterproofing. We gave them a call and Lachante. A customer service rep took all my information and booked an appointment for me. The owner, Joe came to my home and assessed the areas where we were getting water. He drew up a thorough quote and provided excellent details of what needed to be done to correct the issues in our foundation. Joe was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Once we were booked, Joey and Jessy came to do the waterproofing on my home. Like their Dad, they were very helpful and thorough. They made sure all cracks were sealed and the membrane was installed properly. They took before and after photos and showed me the cracks we had in our foundation. Im so glad we went with RCC waterproofing. Its been over a year and we no longer worry about water in our basement.

Very professional. Daniel prepared our estimate for work to be completed and allowed us to save a little money by removing and replacing the existing interlock and base. Roger and his crew did an awesome job -- excavated along most of the rear of our home, replaced the clay weeping pipe with new plastic weeping and drainage stone, cleaned and repaired the cracks they found with hydraulic cement and then applied the dimple sheeting sandwiched between two layers of Hydro Guard, then backfilled and tamped. All done in one day and cleaned up well as they finished up. Like all home repairs, only time will tell just how satisfied we are but we've had many heavy rain storms since and we're happy to have our dry basement back. Thank you RCC

Nicholas and Darwin's crew did a fantastic job with our basement. We discovered a leak and reached out to Nicholas, when he came and did the assessment we found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive as well as respectful. We appreciated his thorough approach and when Darwin's crew came by they were on time and finished the work in a timely manner to our pleasant surprise.
