Besides the fact my shipping was delayed a week. After it was shipped it came 2 days earlier than scheduled delivery. Great product as well very clear screen, no lag, nice material. Very happy

Needed a new surge protector that did its job protecting the TV, satellite box and stereo. I had ordered newer Panamax surge protector to replaced the old Panamax protector from the early 2000's, one day and the new Panamax was delivered the next day

The product I ordered was confirmed and delivered quickly. I didn't realize it would require Internet Explorer to make Roxio Creator 2012 usable. I emailed regarding my disappointment.
