Had to refuel here because it is the only place that has 100 low-lead at the Ottawa Airport. The ramp was okay and the area had room to park. The things that were not okay:- took almost 30 minutes for the agent to refuel the plane when it appeared we pulled him away from his smoke break- the tech was BRUTAL when it came to refuelling our aircraft -- not safe. He yanked on the hose several times and came close to disconnecting the grounding wire. He pulled the hose across the wing leading edge leaving scuff marks on the leading edge. When he completed fuelling he tossed the nozzle to the ground, from the top of the ladder, narrowly missing the prop.-All of this for a ramp fee of: $70 plus the fuel cost. This is unusual to be charged a ramp fee on top of a refuel. After paying and then asking to speak to the manager, the assistant at the desk refunded the ramp fee for our 45 minute stop.

Refreshing fbo. Nice set up for waiting passengers. Small pilot lounge but secluded. Friendly staff at the counter. Busy place.

Fast and attentive. It feels like we werent even there in the first place! LolGreat lobby and customer service.

If you are parking and buying fuel for your small 172.. this is a very expensive place to visit.. but for the small jets.. I think is a good stop ... 24/7 service, very clean and good service

Horrific experience! My boss’s rental car was dropped off in Innotech’s parking lot by mistake instead of the neighboring FBO, Skyservice. As I approached the only employee working at Innotech, I informed him of my dilemma and attempted to show him the rental agreement with a matching license plate number. He greeted me with laughter as if the joke was on me. He made little effort to search for keys that might possibly belong to one of the very few cars in the parking lot. My boss proceeded to press the issue by asking if any of the other keys on the counter might be the ones we’re looking for. The Innotech employee responded with a lackadaisical “No.” It took numerous verbal exchanges and a request to speak with the manager before the Innotech employee finally took a few seconds out of his precious time to find a match. Was he looking for a tip? Where I’m from it’s called petty corruption. Do all Innotech customer service representatives act this way? Please use caution when entering this facility! P.S. It’s unfortunate that I have to give this place a star just to post this review.
