Not bad, but the food could be tastier. Very nice, friendly staff. The fried sardines and the meat croquettes are quite good.

We came to Casa Minhota for lunch and loved our experience. The restaurant was cozy, the service (& our waiter Joe) exceptional. We had tapas, the lunch Table D’Hote which included mussels, sardines, a grilled fish plate and a rice with seafood. The fish was fresh, the portions were generous, everything was delicious. A good selection of wines and lovely desert. We highly recommend Casa Minhota and would return.

First time ever tasting Portuguese food.. and I am happy to have picked this place for it. Our waiter was wonderful! He was very pleasant and friendly. Recommended a white wine and it was great. The food was well prepared. The seafood rice was very yummy!

I went with my wife for birthday. I had a nice dinner there. The atmosphere is cosy, the restaurant is clean and the food was good. The meal portions are very generous. I recommend the paella.

Great place for traditional Portuguese dishes. I especially enjoyed the seafood platter which had a tomato based sauce. The sardines were my family’s favourite dish.

The food was delicious we share seafood rice and” bacalao “with fries, so we taste two traditional plates ( they end up going really well together). The service is excellent, and the place looks like a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The price was more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. 100/100 I will definitely recommend it.

Me and my husband always walked by this restaurant and one evening decided to eat here now it’s our usual spot everytime we go to Montreal or even pass by. Our last dining I intended to take a picture for my review but it so good I forgot. but as you can see we cleared the plates as always staff also are very nice. Steak on the stone is my fav salmon is excellent too

Authentic Portuguese cuisine immediately brought me back to my trip to Portugal in 2022. The server was quick and straightforward. The food and wine were fantastic. We had grilled octopus (tapas), mixed seafood plate and cod Minhota style. Everything was so delicious and we left the place very happy. Reservation is recommended as they get very busy.

Great food and ambiance. I guess people complaining about the service are used to fast food pace. Here things go kindly and smoothly, like in Portugal. Why would you rush if you are actually enjoying a spectacular plate?

Unfortunately my food was flavorless. My friends ordered the bacalhau and the flavor was much better. Good costumer service.
