Tried to order snacks through skip. They were missing items so I told them to cancel the order. They didn't cancel the order, they just removed the missing items. When I called to ask for a refund, they refused, and when skip called to clarify they had shut down their phone line. The employees have 0% accountability.

Past midnight they only sell gas & cigarettes. Too much for otherwise idle employee to get anything else in store. Better service from other gas stations in the area.

My review was deleted, so I'm posting it again. The employees here have no accountability. They were missing items for my skip order and called to ask me if I wanted a substitute. I told them no, cancel the order. They didn't cancel, they still sent me the other items. I talked to them on the phone and the employee acted like she'd help, but she didn't, as the moment we got off the phone she disconnected the line and neither SKIP or I could reach the store. I still haven't been refunded and it's 3 days later. I've been trying to reach the manager for days with no luck either.

Horrible service. Just horrible. The manager should know how the staff run this place. Today (2022-05-08) I stopped by here to get some gas after shopping at Ikea. I did prepay for the gas...the pump just stopped working by itself at 15 cents. I went back in and the guy behind the counter rudely told me that it works and to try again. So I go back and still its not working. I come back again and tell him its not working and this time he follows me back to check. The whole time he seems annoyed at me. When he realized the pump wasn't working he started accusing ME of breaking the pump. The whole time I had the wife and kid in the car. Never coming back. Garbage staff. People like that shouldn't work in customer service.

The attendant wanted me come in to pay even though I went to a pump that was not Prepay. This around 5pm with the sun stil out and traffic out. I went in and he claimed because he can’t see my front plate. I told him Quebec plated cars don’t have front license plates. I don’t want to assume it was because of my skin colour but other people were filing their tanks and going inside to pay. I didn’t see any sign that said Quebec cars have to pay inside first. I left and went to another station where I was allowed to fill up and go inside and pay.

Clean quick service. Staff was great

Shell milk prices are ridiculous. $10 for a bag of regular, not fine filtered milk.Compare with Petro Canada which charges $8.29 for 4L of fine filtered milk.To top that off, they don't even bother to keep milk in stock. No 2L to buy, even at these inflated prices. Just a waste of going.

Very nice employees who helped me last time I was there

*I am updating my review to a 4 star. The staff has changed a but. All are more attentive now and less on their phones ignoring you. Before I felt like I was bothering them, while trying to pay for a full tank of gas which isn't small change. The staff seems to enjoy their job, which makes all the difference.I can't give 5 stars only because the pay at the pump signs are still only on one side, north, facing the store. The far side, south, really should have signs as well showing what pumps are prepay only.Good variety and shelves are usually stocked. Staff is hit and miss. They will either give great service or ignore you and talk on their phone while you cash out.Washroom is usually good.Signs for which pumps are prepay are only on the north side of the pumps (facing the store)

Not really a 24 hour gas station. Service isnt great either
