Troy and Dave set us up with our new security system to replace the not so old one and it is amazing! Troy explained how the cameras will work to the most advantageous spots in our centre. He also explained the better technology of these cameras versus purchasing something online or from a big box store which is what was replaced. The clarity and definition of theses cameras put our old system in the trash! The night vision technology blew us away too! You’d almost think the lights are still on when looking at the camera(s) at night while we’re closed. Our staff feels way safer knowing that they are protected better for so many reasons.After the cameras were installed, both Troy and Dave (installer) fully explained how the cameras work in live mode and how to easily playback any angle from any timeframe to give us the ability to pinpoint any mishaps if necessary. They helped me set up the software (which is super easy) on my iPad and my iPhone which I can view at anytime from anywhere.All the equipment is top notch including the new NVR system equipped with a 2TB hard drive memory and room to add more cameras if necessary for the exterior of the building, possibly in another location inside plus the NVR has another slot to add more memory if necessary.At the end of the day it felt really good to know that we have great equipment that was installed professionally, works well and user-friendly.Turn Key Solutions is definitely the right place to choose for your security and protection.Thank you Troy & Dave.I highly recommend this company for your hassle free quote!
