Dave is a vanishing breed: an honest, knowledgeable appliance service person who only fixes what's broken, and doesn't try to upsell. Hang on to that older appliance and call Dave to keep it running smoothly.

Recently my dryer stopped working and Tradeway was called and Dave cameout to see it later that day. He determined that the motor was shot and saidhe would bring a replacement the following day, which he did. He not onlyinstalled new dryer, but vacuumed and washed wall and floor behind old one.That, to me, was going the extra mile. We had Dave out to diagnose our dryer that had stopped working. Dave was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes and had a part on hand so he was able to fix it at the same time.Dave was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable! I would recommend Dave to anyone that asks!

We had issues with coin operated washer and dryer at the same time. Dave was able to repair both of the machines on the next day, and he only charged us modest service fees plus materials. It is hard to find a honest and integral business like this who does not try to sell you new machines. We are very happy with Tradeway Appliance, and we are recommending them to everyone we know.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. I called them because of all the good reviews to schedule a visit. My oven wasn't working so Dave came by and checked it. He said it needed a part and he'll call me to tell me when to install and how much. For a week no one called. I kept calling until they answered and said it will take two weeks for the part to arrive and then they'll call me to schedule a visit. 3 more weeks go by no one calls. I called and left messages still no reply. Now I am month without an oven and I have to look for someone else to come check it and order parts for me. Very irresponsible. I am starting to think all the good reviews are friends and family.Update: So I called Another company to come fix my oven. Turns out Dave’s diagnosis was not right. It was just a simple problem and got fixed in 40 mins.

Picked up a used stove in great condition for a great price. Extremely satisfied. Will definitely buy appliances in the future.
