I've read the negative reviews & that's not been my experience at all! The receptionists are busy, but efficient & generally good natured. The wait times are basically normal for a practice this large. With doctors' spending time with each patient, the wait times would naturally grow throughout the day. My experience has been good throughout - starting with booking over the phone, to checking in, to waiting (I bring a book), to my doctor's visit. Thank you Malvern Medical! I've been a patient for years & hope to be for years to come!

i would give a zero rating if available. their phone and online booking is totally non functional. if you need an appt today you will not get it until two weeks later. Good luck with their phone line and online booking, you would have to go in person to get an appt for after two weeks. They should close down their business and handover the admin to someone who can run it efficiently.

This clinic I have been going to for for years! Yes they are busy & yes they are allowed to be stressed out too ! Just always plan ahead and give yourself time & patience (like with any dr office ). The doctors care a lot - esp DR KO. She’s the best & puts a lot of thought & care into your problem…The clinic is new. And customer service & receptionists are amazing. Keep up your efforts ! Thank you for all you do !!

Im only there for my family doctor, he is a champ! And for 2 ladies- front desk (I didn’t get their names) the other ones are very very rude. That’s why I’m not giving the 5 stars

I have experience all that the previous reviews mentioned. I received an email reminder, without the time, I immediately responded by email and telephone, waited both times on the telephone more than half an hour, no one answered, I am awaiting the bill for the missed appointment. My doctor is accommodating, and I really appreciate my doctor, but they're others out there and I will be looking to change.Observation: the front desk is never busy, the employees talk to each out a lot.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Starting with the receptionist up till my interaction with Dr.Gupta.The ladies in the front were not welcoming, kind or warm to speak with. They were very to the point and didn’t seem willing to answer many questions.After waiting 30 minutes for the doctor, I wish I just did my research and didn’t waste my time. This was by far the worst doctor I have ever visited and I definitely will not be going back or would recommend Dr.Gupta. As a dermatologist i’d only assume the doctor would ask question to evaluate what kind of skin I have to assist me to improve my skin. Dr.Gupta, comfortably sat in his chair as I GOT UP EACH TIME and walked towards him to show him sections of my skin that needed to get fixed. He did not ask me any questions about my past experience with my skin, if I had allergies, if this was normal. Absolutely nothing. After me asking him to give me a prescription for my eczema he just gave me a random one and said use this for the whole body.. I have eczema on all different parts of my body and never I have used the same one for my arms on my face as the face is more sensitive and when I asked him if he can double check if it’s okay for my face and full body he kind of just brushed it off like “full body, it’s not gonna work but i guess try”. Like.. you’re a dermatologist, you are here to help patients with their skin issues. I have reached out to other high quality dermatologist and will be ongoing my care with Lynde dermatology - kind staff and GOOD doctors.(Dr.Gupta has a medical assistant who was lovely, I think she was the person I spoke to over the phone and she was so friendly and lead me to believe this would be a good experience. I was completely wrong)

Dr. Tauyee Hsieh refused to see my 4 year old because we missed an appointment that was made 6 months ago. We live very close to the area and if someone had called to see if we were on our way we would’ve been able to make it to the appointment. This clinic is always crowded and you have to wait forever to see a doctor. But they do not have the empathy to wait for you if you are running a little bit late. They did not even allow me to rebook the appointment the next day. Very heartless on Dr.Hsieh’s part. AVOID this place ifYou can. I spoke to Dianne hunter who is the one that responds to review and she couldn’t have been more disrespectful and dismissive. She responds to reviews in on Google saying they will do better but if you speak to her she basically tells you they don’t care if you think their service is awful. This particular clinic has a toxic and abusive culture towards their patients. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if possible.

From my personal experience of 33 years I have had very pleasant receptionist. And to be honest, yes it is a long wait time to see the doctor he gives his patients his honest time with. I appreciate what my doctor does.

Been with this clinic my whole life because up until recently i havent really needed them for anything more than a common cold or infection and renewing my prescriptions, they have no internal communication, no standard level of care, always late, most receptionists are rude (not all of them to be fair) and there always seems to be some excuse for why they can't help you outside of basic issues. I wouldn't be surprised if they got sued for patient neglect. If you're looking for a family doctor/clinic to actually help you with even remotely complex issues DONT GO HERE. If literally all you need is medication then that's basically the only thing they're good for.
