Very unprofessional staff. I went as a customer and ask to use washroom and employee said peope are making dirty so cannot open it. What a rubbish .... no manners at all. Would give 0 star.

I ordered take out for 5 people and I got garbage. The server was very rude and the sub was not even grilled. I asked her to pack two subs separately and she told “it’s too much work for her”. She was very unprofessional. The sub looked like garbage when I opened.

Ordered through the app. The app said it will take about 20 minutes. Arrived in 25 and found it will take another 10-15 minutes even though the app indicated that the order is ready. Bummer.

the subway at 1115-1103 ouellette is the best! they don't skimp on toppings, and they wrap the sub tightly, so it doesn't spill the ingredients all over the bottom of the bag. they are twice as far away as my nearest subway, but it's WELL WORTH the extra walking! friendly staff as well.

Good experience for our visit. Store front was clean, servers were appropriate and friendly. Food wasPrepared well and served hot for those in our party that had it toasted.
