If I could give this place less than one star I would. Would not recommend went in for a Balayage wanted dark brown. The stylist overbooked herself, I was left with blonde hair. She told me to come back after four days to fix something n after I went home n showered I realized the dye was blotched and dye was poorly done. She knew which is why she called me back, I told her to fix my roots and tone it down a bit and I was left with such a dark dark brown/black hair. Showed pictures of how horribly it was done to the owner, and she said she was unable to give me even a partial refund. The entire treatment costed 600$. Would not recommend at all. Do not waste your money here.

Excellent results & fantastic experience.Sara is the best! It was my first time at Salon 77 today and I am extremely happy with the outcome of my balayage. Sara is a blonde hair GENIUS. She is extremely patient, friendly, welcoming and professional.She has masterfully managed to get me the exact result that I’ve envisioned. I have finally found my forever salon.Thanks Sara

I’ve been to Salon 77 twice and both times I had the opportunity of getting my hair done (Balayage) by Trangh and she’s honestly the best in the business! Both times I explained what I wanted with no picture reference and she was able to create what I wanted! So happy with how my hair turned out!!The atmosphere of the salon is welcoming, clean, and accommodating. Booking an appointment was very easy and I was able to book an appointment at short notice! I would definitely recommend this place with no hesitation!

The staff here are so wonderful and helpful. I came in for an appointment to trim my extensions at the advice of an outside stylist. After seeing my hair and the clip in extensions, Tiana and Amanda advised against trimming my extensions and took the time to show me where to clip them in so that they would blend well with my hair. Tiana even went so far as to curl my hair with the extensions in just to make sure I was happy with the look and length. After all that, they wouldn’t let me pay for their time! They were so kind, professional, and good at their work. Highly recommend for all your styling needs!

I went to get an ashy-blonde balayage done at this location by Trang after messing up my old balayage done 2.5 years ago with a brown-tuned-orange box-dye last year during quarantine. My hair is incredibly long and since I wanted to keep most of the length, this process was definitely a lot of work - 6 hours of work to be specific. But Trang and her assistant were both incredibly sweet and polite and so patient. I left the salon feeling so happy with the outcome in comparison to the first time I got it done elsewhere. Definitely a happy client and will continually be coming back here!

I had an amazing experience with Kayla yesterday as we spent the day together and she did a brilliant job on my hair (balayage with a blue overlay). She connected with me before my appointment to know what I wanted and she managed to elevate the inspiration photo she asked me to send. I was mesmerized by her skill and attention to detail as she did my hair, but seeing my hair the next day I am simply floored with the results. I have never had my hair professionally coloured before as I always thought it was a waste of money.. IT IS NOT A WASTE WITH KAYLA!!!! If Kayla is your stylist you will not be disappointed!! She is an amazing stylist and an even more amazing person! She made me feel at ease the whole time and took care of me. I had way more fun than I could have imagined.

Trang is the BEST hair colourist I’ve ever gone to. And I have gone to plenty top balayage specialists in Toronto/UK throughout many years. My hair was a disaster before I came to see her lol. Those 20 years of experience blessed my hair.She’s definitely a hidden gem, I lucked out with the fact she did not have a long wait list. She is so detailed, communicates exactly on what you need/what can you achieved and puts in so much care. A true professional.

Sara is amazing and truly talented. I’ve had my balayage done by both Kayla and Sara at two different time points and they both exceed my expectations every time. As soon as you go to Salon 77 once, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks for the most amazing balayage + haircut, once again!

I have been getting my hair coloured and cut by Kayla for over a year now and every time I am blown away by the beautiful results and the perfect blonde shades that she is able to achieve! She listens to her clients and their wants and works to give them a beautiful final outcome. She is lovely to talk to and it is evident that she is very knowledgeable about hair. Every time I come to get my hair done I have had nothing but the most positive experiences and left the salon feeling satisfied and more confident! would highly recommend Kayla as a stylist and salon 77 !
