I read great reviews of Katie and submitted a mortgage application on her website on a Thursday. Katie and her colleague Stephanie had a call with me on Friday and also sat with my husband and I to patiently walk us through our options on a Saturday morning. Katie was so knowledgable and and hardworking to ensure they got quotes from lenders before Monday when banks were about to change their rates. As a first time homebuyer, Katie was super reassuring and took her time to explain and try to shop for the best rates. Highly recommend!

By far the best mortgage application experience I have ever had. Katie was there for us when we needed her (often outside of banking hours), got us a great rate and ensured we weren’t over extending our purchase price.
