Very terrible service, would give no stars if it were an option. Not even worthy of one star in my opinion. My sister and I went in for a ring exchange and the manager said her ring was too scratched and old to exchange to a larger size. The ring was a gift and had been given to my sister the day of the attempted exchange. Horrible customer service from the manager, very displeased with how I was treated as a customer and will not be returning to this location In the future. I’m a reasonable person and a loyal Customer and will not be returning.

I drove 1 hour to this store for this buy more save more events today. The staff was friendly, but the manager was really rude. I was a little upside because they wouldn't offer the same promote like other store did, the staff showed her understand, but all of sudden, the manage came to me and said, if you are not happy shopping here, you can go somewhere else. The staff stopped her since I had already showed my credit card and ready to pay. I told them that I wanted the gift receipts before cashing out, but the manager messed up. So she voided my transaction and scanned everything again (totally wasted of time). After printing out the gift receipt, she forgot to give my the valid (new)receipt, when I asked for it, she was really impatient and it was her fault after all. During the entire time I was there, she kept mentioning about pandora is franchise so every store run differently. I hope the owner of this store is very very rich, since having a manager like her, having this store is just for fun.

If your item is bought at another location they won’t talk to you about it. Tried exchanging for a different size and they wouldn’t help me. The employee was short with responses and seemed disinterested in helping me the moment I said the product was bought at the Cambridge location. If you didn’t buy your item from this specific location, don’t bother coming for exchanges or returns. This is the second negative experience going into this location.

I went into Pandora today expecting to leave with a charm bracelet and 2-3 charms. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one spoke to me once or ask if I needed help (when I was obviously looking at the displays).Saw a few people come in after & right away they were supported, but not me who’s standing at the counter. I’ll be ordering online only from now on.

Very bad service!I bought ring before 15 days I mistakenly called Toronto Pandora she said you can return if don't like without reciept as I gave my reciept but when I visit store recently Mary (named employee) said we can't I told it should be same for all Pandora but she didn't want to understand. Then, Thank god one of the other employee know how to do refund by getting online receipt and she did it her name was Ebony. Thanks Ebony. but bad review for store.Thanks

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! Very disorganized & dysfunctional group of sales associates, including the manager. Unless you are buying, they do not care. Staff unwilling to help. Awful customer service. Rushing. No sense of decency or manners. VERY unprofessional. I have been to many Pandora stores and this one by far is the worst. Management needs to change. Needless to say, I won't ever be coming back to this location.I went into Pandora at Fairview Park Mall a few days before my birthday.I asked to see the Harry Potter collection and the sales lady told me she gave me book and showed me a picture. She refused to show me the actual collection. I left empty handed because of how rude she was.We will never return to this store. My suggestion is to buy the items online and put the store out of business!!

They have lovely jewelry but their warranty is a joke. They don't actually repair your jewellery, they just replace it and I had a two year warranty and one of the stones off my ring fell off within that time frame, so I went it expecting them to send it off to get fixed. Then they tell me they just replace the ring itself, and the ring my boyfriend gave me was no longer avaliable so all they could do is give me a completely different one. Obviously I didn't want to do that because of the sentemental value. They tell you when you buy it they will replace or repair within the warranty time and that's false. It even says on their website that they will send it off for repair.

Bought a bracelet and charm and the next day tried to return given there was high pressure sales tactics and I changed my mind. It was never communicated to me that the charm was final sale (which the manager kept yelling at me that it was stated at the bottom of my receipt from across the store as she assisted someone else). How it being posted on my receipt is full and informed communication prior to buying the item is beyond me. This needs to be communicated before not after the sale given if I tried to return it a minute later they would refuse. When I said their teams incompetence shouldn’t be my problem they told me the girl was new. Again this return should be honoured then not me being punished for a new staff members oversight. Clearly the high sales tactic to buy a final sale item is Pandora trying to push outdated product. Terrible customer service I won’t be shopping at Pandoras again. Unacceptable sales tactics and behaviour by the supposed store manager. You should focus on properly training your staff instead of screwing over your customers.

I've been a dedicated customer at the Pandora store located in Fairview Park Mall for many years. It's a beautiful store with helpful staff. I bought gifts for my daughter's birthday, and this store had a wonderful selection of jewellery. Melanie was very nice, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service! I will be definitely seeking her help in the near future! Thank you Melanie!!
