Have been trying to make an appointment with someone who works in a specialized area. After 2 visits to the bank and reassurances given on those 2 occasions that he will call as soon as he comes in (time frame given was within an hour) - no call. 12 days later - still no call. (He is not away.)

As a retail banking location, I expect the bare minimum of updating their voicemail on holidays to the actual business hours, as well as signage posting adjusted business hours in the windows (particularly when it involves closing earlier than the already incredibly short open hours). But no, not at this location or the Grasslands / Harbour Landing one. It shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer care by the management.

From my own experience,They don't pick up calls after repeated visits. It's even harder to reach manager. Sky high attitude, you can't reach easily. No response after leaving voicemails or missed calls. You would be lucky to have email. For simple problems or inquiry, they won't pick up calls and for complex problems they hardly workout in person.Bank should be polite and friendly in dealing.

The lady was very rude and no sense how to speak to the customer. My wife asked to get current month statement . Lady agent told that we need to go to the home branch for that. And asking $5 for previous months statements

Called Scotia in Landmark Shoppers Regina and spoke to an advisor named Aviv.Would not listen to my question, extremely rude and when I told him he was coming off as such, he laughed at me. Terrible customer service and a very rude employee.

The worst experience ever. They are not listening to me at all even after I repeated myself about what service I needed done. They are always trying to push products I don’t need. I am so done with them and you never deal with the people you need to. The financial advisor never knows an answer to my question and always has to confirm with head office. Can’t I actually speak with the people who make the decisions. I am escalating my situation as apparently they can’t do what I asked

I really needed help as I had been sent a text telling me that I needed to secure my Scotia account and was supplied a link that took me to what appeared to be the main Scotia website. I was given lots of security questions and answers options for my account protection. I guess the scammers (I was soon to discover that this was a scam) can now use this information anytime down the road. When I was totally confused and baffled where to navigate to secure my account on this website, I decided to use the link for telebanking to talk to a real person. Again I am not certain if the number was legit or the scammers were redirecting me to their setup. At this point I may have become frustrated with the site and hopefully actually googled the real telebanking number. The telebanking security person (at this point in retrospect I wasn't certain that that it was the real bank or the scammers that I had been talking to but they are the ones who informed me I was being scammed). The level of the sophistication of the scammers presenting website information can be almost identical to the real site, I am now told. The next morning I was unable to surveil my own accounts as my Scotia bank app had been shut down to prevent further activities.Security at telebanking told me to go to my bank for more help changing cards etc. on the previous night.I am still not sure if they were legit or not but it took me a long time waiting to get through to customer service and then to security. On Saturday I discovered via sign on the door that my bank was closed Saturdays except for appointments only. I called the appointment number and it took an hour to get throug the earliest available appointment was Tues at 1:00 even though I said it was urgent as I couldnt trust using any of my credit or bank cards due to the precarious situation and I had no idea if there was activity on my accounts. I couldn't even change my passwords. At the very least I should have been helped on Monday by someone in my own bank or advised to go to another available bank that was open. I hope nobody else has this experience. There are still a lack of information on what I should have or could have done. I am still waiting for the other shoe to drop. My son says they can use my information to secure credit from other banks and may own an RV somewhere.
