Bierbrier & Cooper Notaries
I sent a client to M. Cooper to have an affidavit notarized. 1 page. His fee was $50 (which is pretty expensive when you consider a commissioner of oaths charges $10). My client only had $60 and this notary up-charged him to $60 cause he didn't have any change. When my client came back and told me, I went to see the notary to ask him about it, his answer was that he doesn't work for $20 and I was more than welcome to not send anyone else to him. He didn't care. So here I am...not sending anyone.
